Definitely would recommend. We were originally going to use a esim but couldn't since we got new phones so at the last minute we found Portugal Internet. Price was affordable especially for a 14 day trip and they made pickup convenient with multiple locations to choose from.

We never had an issue with service or speed during our stay either!

I have been using a wireless Portugal internet for several years now and had 100% perfect service. I am a British owner in Portugal and my apartment is used and rented out 2-3 months a year. It is cheaper to book the internet box for that time than pay for a years contract elsewhere.

Excellent service, great product, it does exactly what you would want, great wifi, never struggled for a signal, very easy to use, very easy to extend the usage if you require more time.i needed to extend the service for 3 months, and a really good price.
I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using for my further trips to Portugal 🇵🇹

We have now used this service twice on trips to Portugal. This trip there were 4 of us and we were in Portugal for 30 days. Outstanding Wifi service, VERY reasonably priced. We travelled to many remote places, in the car, up mountains hiking, in the city, we were never without Wifi! I highly recommend Portugal Internet service for travelers!

Portugal internet worked awesome everywhere we went, we were always connected. We have booked twice from them and we will be booking again in the future! Highly recommended!!

Easy pick up at Lisbon Airport- internet worked well, great price!! Much cheaper than paying for 2 phones for 12 days!

Amazing little device, easy to order, easy to pick up and supported all our devices without any issues at all. Lasted 8 hours on battery and great signal.

I had internet all the time i traveled and always i need it.

Excellent service. We went Oct'2025 and the device was ready at our hotel. The wifi modem's port was on the older side and the wifi modem has limited battery. I recommend bringing a battery and your own micro-usb cord as the cord that came with our device was defective. you can charge the device with your battery or backfeeding from your phone with a cable. We also sent the device back with our hotel by asking them to put it in the post. I read online its possible to also do it at the airport but we decided not to go through that for this trip.

It’s now the fourth time using your internet and it works everytime. Good service and communication both before and after. The mobile broadband is stable and fast, and the devices log on everytime without problems. We’ll definitely use it again next year.

Great reliable internet wherever we were through out Portugal

Super easy and simple from start to finish! And incredibly useful the entire time. Never lost connection, even in remote areas. Was a lifesaver when we were on longer drives and didn’t want to incur any fees from our USA based phone carriers. Highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to Portugal.

So Nice I used them twice! The device has been delivered to my hotel successfully two years, first in Lisbon and the following year in Porto. Our coverage signal was strong and reliable throughout our travel (Coimbra, Braga, Lousã, Nazaré, Ventosa, Gerês, Mire de Tibães) cities large and small we were covered in them all. Booking and returns could not be easier, 10/10 would recommend to family, friends and strangers alike.

Used the portable wifi on 3 devices for 12 days in Portugal with no issues. Travelled in the Douro Valley and between cities with good coverage. Pick-up and drop-off was easy except for finding the locations at Lisbon airport.
Good value, good service.

This is a great service. It was very easy to pick, use and mail back. No hidden fees and excellent internet speeds. Very much worth it.

Have used Portugal Internet several times in the past and always had good service as well as coverage wherever we went.

So here is what happened: I took a data plan. The e-sim activation code. My iphone telling me it is no longer valid an I should contact the network provider. Which I tried. Multiple e-mails, multiple phone calls. No answer. I ended up stuck with my foreign data plan. Cost me over 90 euros. I would have left it at that if not for an e-mail from Portugal Internet asking me for a review. To get “the credibility the deserve”… Hahaha careful what you wish for! I do not recommend
