Company shut my account down after I…

Company shut my account down after I filed a dispute over a goods not received.
They refuse to let me fight the dispute dispite me having confirmation from FedEx that it wasn't delivered. And now my account is shut down with no way of fighting it.

Incompetent

I don't even have an account with them, but they keep sending emails about cards I've ordered. I tell them I don't have an account and they cancel the card. Then a couple of days later confirm that a card is on its way. They don't understand that someone has the wrong email on their account.

I needed to get 3k authorization removed, the order on the merchants site was canceled, porte only has indians from netspend call centers as support. I have been trying to get my funds released for 3 weeks, but the customer support agents barely understand english. Do not use them at all.

Liars and Scammers

one word, DISINGENOUS

I signed up for this bank under the premise that I would receive a $100 bonus for, A: signing up using a friend's referral code and B: receiving a $500 direct deposit to the account. I combed over the fine print for the offer and there were very few qualifications so I did it. Lo and behold, there were a few qualifications they so conveniently left out. You must be a first-time Netspend user and your friend has to also receive the direct deposit. When I reached out to the support team, they were unable to clarify why this information was left out and seemed generally confused about what they did in general. It really just stood to frustrate me more. The whole message here is, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
