Portable Oxygen Solutions 

Todd Flesch sent me an email describing/listing exactly what I would receive for the price. I called Todd . .had a few questions. . .Todd satisfactory answered them simply, concise and clearly . .I then submitted an order and 4 days later received the Inogen portable concentrator. So far, so good. Todd kept it simple, set the expectation, and so far, exceeded the expectations. Thank you, Todd.

First their tracking number was incorrect. When I tried to track, you’re link gave me the wrong tracking #. How can it be wrong when it’s the tracking # your company gave me. Complete lack of any kind of updates. My check was cashed asap, but my sister, Theresa still sits in her apartment, unable to leave without the oxygen she paid for. Your company has a complete lack of communication. No one answers my questions. Very poor. My rating at this time is a solid 1.Jeff is an excellent salesman, but like all sales people, his care ended when my check was cashed. Not a follow-up to his sales pitch. If I could rate 0 that’s what I would rate your company.

People were nice but hard to get in touch with some times.

Had an issue with a warranty Inogen. They honor their word, they are an honest veteran run company. They did right by me and will do right by you. Highly recommend this company.

Product (Inogen One G5) delivered promptly. Received in perfect (so far!) working condition. Sales rep very competent in explaining what my wife needed -- and what expenses could be avoided. Large battery included. So far, very satisfied with purchase. Recommend Portable Oxygen Solutions.

Jeffrey was patient as we asked 20 or more questions. Product arrived in 2 days. Only disappointment was noise level of Liberty 2, but that wasn’t his fault.

Jeff Hinchee is knowledgeable and responds in a calm and timely professional manner, even when I ask same question more than once.
