j ai receptionne le chargeur impropre a l utilisation fiche de connexion secteur tordus branchement ordi incompatible . impossible de recevoir remboursement si non retour produit et pas de bon de retour gratuit (frais port chine vaut le prix du produit)meme avec paypal c est compliqué donc NE COMMANDER SURTOUT PAS et diffuser largement ce conseil

I received the charger unfit for use, mains connection plug bent, computer connection incompatible. impossible to receive reimbursement if no product return and no free return slip (shipping costs china is worth the price of the product) even with paypal c is complicated so DO NOT ORDER ESPECIALLY NOT and widely disseminate this advice

They are in China! Or in the web site they said France
Nerver get my charger never refounded.

Scam. Ordered charger from .fr website they are in China! sent the wrong charger wont send a free postage to return it won't refund.
Don't speak French, English flakey and don't reply to emails and no other contact options.

Arnaque. Les Escrocs. Ils sont en Chine, Ils ne parlent pas Francais
Ils ont envoyé un chargeur pas correct (moins cher marque incorrect prise incorrect etc) ils refusent de me rembourser.

I have had similar problem.

I bought an "original" samsung charger for a pc screen and I got a Chinese charger with NO BRAND...

Even worse than this fact, when I tried to use the charger, BOTH the screen and the charger GOT BURNED!

I asked for a damages-responsibility and they just not respond...
I paid with PayPal and I got reimbursed for the charger but now I do not have a working screen (neither a working charger).

NOTE: If they finally repair my damage I promise to edit/update this comment.
