We received a very good service from the showroom in Cribbs Causeway. Our sales consultant Isha Sayeed was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us with our tile choice and any queries or worries we had she quickly sorted out for us. On receipt of delivery of the tiles we noticed that one was broken but after reporting this back a replacement was delivered promptly. Highly recommend this company and Isha !

Ordered many times from porcelanosa but when it goes wrong…. Poor service. Delivery poor - tiles were not protected and the whole extra box I needed arrived broken in half. Reported all and was then asked to wait for porcelanosa to collect them, their head office told me I would not get any refund if they do not get the broken tiles. How can I know - could heave thrown them out - now need to sit and wait here for them to collect. Timeslot given - the whole day! No apologies, no nothing. Just rude.

A lot of good advice and help from Reece. Nothing too much trouble, Reece was very happy to go through all options and to explain about the advantages and disadvantages of different sizes, and explained a lot about the underfloor heating we are having, and provided details on the materials required.

At the Fulham store I was really looked after by Spencer - he was responsive, attentive and professional - with warmth.

Carlos and John who says he is the longest serving worker at the showroom. Wow where to start. I drove to the showroom in a G wagon which is approx £200,000 for Carlos to ask is
it the real one? I found this outrageous and made sure he knew how insulting it was, he did apologise however but does not seem to knkw how to reply back to emails. John, wow well i went in the following week to look for the colour “sable” as i am interested in the 120cm mirror and Carlos was not in but stated to come im to view the sable colour. john stayed remained to his seat, directing me where to go to find the colour sable, as thought getting
Off his chair was too much cardiovascular exercise and demanding. the customer service is so so poor and whoever is head of this showroom really needs to address this, i have never in 20 years of business met such incompetent rude lazy staff. Harsh words but 100% accurate. Be careful wasting

Katie @ Porcelanosa's Newcastle upon Tyne showroom assisted us with the design of our new bathroom including the selection of beautiful tiles. We appreciated Katie's eye for design and also her quick responses / customer service. We're looking forward to seeing the finished bathroom.

Contacted Porcelanosa because I want to change my bathroom, the tiles at no longer available in store but the amazing guy I spoke to from the Doncaster showroom called Neil Gardner , checked and said they could still get them. Ordered, paid and collecting today. Now that’s what you call excellent customer service and he needs recognition for going above and beyond. I know they say that’s my job but there’s service and excellent service and this is excellent service. Thank you😊

Good advice on tile purchase. I found Mariana to be very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the selection and buying process.

Shane Kahn was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. When we urgently needed tiles collected the very same day, the situation required patience, efficiency, and genuine problem-solving ability. Shane handled everything with exceptional professionalism and calm under pressure, showing a remarkably high level of performance, initiative, customer care throughout the process.

Phil sourced me some tiles for my bathroom that had been discontinued but managed to get some of the last remaining supply. Order placed Sunday over the bank holiday and I was able to collect Wednesday. Great service.

Katie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The overall service was excellent, and it was really refreshing to experience such a high standard of customer care, especially when this can feel few and far between these days.

I would happily recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again.

"Warning to customers driving to the Manchester showroom: The car park is managed by Smart Parking and requires you to register your registration inside, even if you just sit in the car while your partner browses. I received a £60 parking charge for a 20-minute stay. When I contacted Porcelanosa, staff advised me to pay it first while they looked into it. Because I paid, the parking company closed the case and refused a refund. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of support and poor advice from Porcelanosa management."
