Ordered two dresses, really poor quality, to small and offer 20% discount, if I returned them it would cost me £19 to send back to China - STAY WELL AWAY FROM THiS COMPANY- Disgusting level of products and service.

Terrible quality products, worse customer service. Strict 15 day return policy and slow response from customer service. Do not purchase from here.

I ordered over $100 (12 pieces) worth of items through Popzora and I am disappointed in the fact that I can't review individual items so that each seller can get feedback. I have learned my lesson before, and so, I am VERY CAREFUL about reading the sizing on every item. Some items I haven't even received yet - it still says processing - and it's been well over a month. So far out of what I have received, 1 has been really nice. The others don't look anything like the photos. One item was so bad I just threw it away - The sleeves were 6" longer than the body and the body was way too short! From now on I'm checking Trustpilot before I order anything online.

The skirt is simply beautiful. It has a good fabric, strong and does not wrinkle. I ordered the black size S and it looks great on. It reaches me above the knee neither too long nor too short. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought 3 sets of those colorful socks for my daughters for xmas this year. They look nothing like what is advertised.

I want my money back.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is absolutely the worst retailer I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are scammers selling "authentic" items. They are selling fake items. They try to get you to keep the items and return $5 or $15. I reported them to PayPal and they agreed to refund if I PAID for the shipping costs back to them from USA to Japan. This still costs me for fake items. This company is a fraud. Do not spend one penny with them. They are in Japan and are selling fake junk that smells bad and then will not refund full price. Shame on them. Shame on them for lying and shame on them for taking my hard earned money know they are advertising falsely to take my money for items that are not authentic but are junk. Just stay away from this company. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!! BAD, BAD COMPANY to do business with. PayPal please warn buyers of this scamming company. Please protect your buyers! Very disappointing experience.

It took over 2 months to receive the order. Very poor quality and sizing is not compatible with American standards. WAY too small. Buyer beware.

I ordered 5 things from popzora ,only 1 thing fit me .it took 5 months to receive my order .sizing is horrible . The material cheaply made buyer beware. Don't waste your money or expect the right size my shirts would fit my 10 year old granddaughter ,like for example , a size 2x it like a size 5 and so on the company foes not respond to any emails at all I was totally ignored , worst professional ever

2 months to get the pants, both pair too small, no exchange policy and they keep 85% of what you paid refunding only 15%. Do not order anything from this company in China.

I was naive. There is no phone # or address for Popzora. I ordered $145 worth of clothing, then spent hours on email communications and shipping tracking to finally receive my 8 items 2 1/2 to 3 months later. Only 1 item was what I expected. Some wrong fabrics and 1 is wrong size.

Finally received order, very disappointing clothing. They are a rough texture, not cotton linen, and sizing is a joke !! Terrible products, save your money and buy American products! Took over 2 months to arrive, so much for 10-20 day shipping as stated. They must pay Google alot to push their website as it pops up constantly, that's why i gave them a chance, NEVER AGAIN !!

I have received both items I ordered and they’re terrible. I had read bad reviews prior to ordering but wanted to give them a chance since the clothes in the photos are so cute. But when they arrived I was shocked. The material feels like plastic and are shaped like one size fits all sacks. One of them said it would be cotton so I had some hope after the first one arrived, but it is certainly not cotton but the same awful unwearable material. Of course I would like to return them both but know they'll charge me to do that making me lose more money than I already have. What a disappointment. Is it really that hard to just offer decent products?

I ordered 4 items which took 2 months to arrive which was bad enough. None of the items were the same as the website indicated. Materials are cheap, flimsy and not even the same design as pictured. The reason the prices are cheap is because their products are cheap!

Yes, I too ordered the flowered jeans. It did arrive, jeans are beautiful. Granted, it took a very long time to arrive, but like other stores, due to Covid-19, shipping is being delayed. I trust to order from them again.

Earlier time I ordered 3 beautiful clothes by viewing online pictures.
I paid $61.60.
2 items never arrived.
The other piece arrived after 1 month. It was totally different from the picture online. I wish there were option for me to post the picture of the clothes barely put together by the worst materials to make it an item in the delivery bag. They refused to do a refund, saying to give 15% as compensation.

Whoever is reading this, please, please Do Not waste your money on their clothes, it is Not worth it. I could not write a review without giving it a star, BUT does not value even 1 star, if I could give it -10, that's what the service, clothes size deserves. Quality is poor, i never knew what country they were coming from. Please I beg Do Not spend your hard work money here.Big minus also, no customer service. No return address, so u can't return anything. One of the Biggest mistakes of my life.

I ordered from the website. The tracking number says it shipped from San Francisco 6 weeks ago. I've emailed the customer service with no replay.

This is the worst company to order from. I placed an order for one Item on May 6 2020. It is now June 1. Still no order. The comany emailed me, and told me I could track my order, but the tracking number is fake. Do not order from them. They are a slow, disorganized company. Also they have no contact number. I was willing to call China just to find out. Wheres my order. When it does come, I am going to just not except the package to get my money back.
