I just had my first experience with Pop Telecom customer service and I'm very impressed. There was no wait time and Cherry was so helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. She took me through all the steps to connect my box and I now have fiber! Super efficient

Fast WiFi! The customer support from Alfred was very helpful with the home set up.

Supported by Alfred today and had the whole issue resolved within 15 minutes. Very easy clear instruction and a seamless fix!

Got off to a tricky start - but they followed through. Kit didn't arrive in time for my day off/installation, BUT they kept on pushing for a solution. Customer Service - Cris, Alfred, Josie were excellent, but I don't believe they're really in Essex :-)

Alfred was really helpful, I called twice to chat about issues with my WiFi. Alfred made sure I had his name so I could reach him when I called back and get my problem sorted as soon as possible.

This echoes all customer service contacts I've had with Pop Telecom over the best part of a decade.

Cherry was extremely helpful, experienced, and was very swift

Cris was a tremendous help when I was experiencing many drop outs. An Openreach subcontractor appeared the very next day and solved the problem instantly. Cris telephoned me to say that the fault has been corrected and to monitor any dropouts and get back to him if have any problems in the next 48 hours. I could ask for nothing better re the help I received.
