That Danish cap is way too small and a total waste of money for anyone. I have a Bundeswehr winter cap that also has a 60cm tag and is bigger, otherwise I wouldn't have made the purchase. Money down the drain.

Austrian army boots.... unfortunately I ordered the wrong size.returned on an exchange basis and the transaction went as smoothly as it could ever have done so I'm well pleased and impressed.my new boots fit perfectly and are better than I was expecting and exceeded my hopes.so I'm altogether very impressed.i wouldn't hesitate to use pools again..... nice one guys 👍👌

Excellent service and sent out quickly . Only issue was royal mail posted my package somewhere else with a photo of someone else's front door (no idea who's). When I emailed pool surplus with the royal mail photo and a photo of our front door, I then had a gent from pools call me to say he'd been on Google Street view and thought he'd found the door and he was right . So package found . Thanks Pool's for tracking down my goods . First class service

It was very unfortunate that we made a rare mistake and dispatched the wrong item to you - and we have since made steps to ensure that a mix up regarding the item you ordered won’t happen again.
I’m not sure which part of our returns process is poor: the part where we email out a free pre-paid label, the part where we can dispatch the correct item and collect the wrong one at the same time, the part where you can get the label printed at the post office if you don’t have a printer or even have Royal Mail collect it from your home? I’m not sure why any of these solutions wouldn’t have worked for you, but they were all available.
We issued the refund within minutes of your item arriving back to us (after listening very carefully to your multiple threats of solicitors and legal action…) - the length of time it takes is out of our control but I fail to see how it took 10 days from this point unless it involved postal orders and carrier pigeons? Regardless of that, it hasn’t even been 10 days since we issued your refund!
If we make a mistake we always hold our hands up and try and do everything we can to sort it out. However I will never just smooth things over without calling out rude and nasty behaviour, so on this occasion I must also mention that the way you spoke to our staff on the phone along with your attitude and abusive language was disgraceful - they did not deserve to be spoken too the way that you spoke to them - in future people might be a little bit more cooperative and helpful if they’re being treated with the respect they deserve and not constantly swore at 👍🏻

Great product, great price, great service
The Game coat is excellent. Plenty of pockets, waterproof and reasonably priced. Perfect for walking the dog. Being tall, I often have issues with sleeve length being too short and the body being perfect but still having to size up, this coat was perfectly proportioned. Fast shipping and no issues at all with service. Will 100% be a returning customer.
