Ordered 2 bobble candles , had no correspondence or order confirmation so I messaged them a day later , then told no stock and they sent a refund 😡
They have no customer care or communication at all 😡

Very bad customer service, exchange policy is not good... I am an old customer but will never buy from them and not recommend anyone because of unprofessional behavior

Final product was fine but I think price is too high.

The invitations are beautiful but you can hardly read them because the print is so small . We had to use them anyway. I guess the folks can get magnifying glasses to read the hostesses names And rsvp phone number . I checked the spelling and wording and it was all correct, I even mentioned when I ordered you could change the font to make them easier to read . Was I wrong to assume your job was to make them readable. When I checked the sample you sent it looked great . I hate it because they are really beautiful. I have explained the problem to the other host and my wife and I absorbed the cost because I didn’t feel it fair for them to pay for tiny printed invitations. Roy Showalter

This website helped me find the Christmas cards I could not find anywhere else. They got them to me quickly and corresponded with me letting me know when they would arrive. Everything happened like clockwork.

Im loving my order!!!! Its clear crisp and well done. The order and process and amazing. I will be doing all my invitations and announcements with Polka Dot Design.

The design is great! The cards arrived well packaged and very secure. The card stock is a lighter shade than was represented on-line, which makes the white text difficult to read easily. But the cards look great, and I'll definitely re-order when these are gone.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service, very helpful and quick responses to questions (I had several because I needed invites fast but still wanted the invites to be super unique & adorable). Have already received compliments from recipients. Have been a customer for many years!!!

There were some website glitches that kept my order status from being updated real time, but I received swift responses to my emails to customer service. The invitations were perfectly done and very cute once received.

The typesetters have fast turn around and seamless assistance throughout.

The invitation looked just the way I wanted it. I appreciate the promptness in printing and mailing.
