I purchased our new home insurance policy online and found the whole process very straightforward. The price was extremely competitive, particularly considering the level of cover included. The high Defaqto rating also gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right choice.
The online account is clear and easy to use, with all the policy documents kept together in one place. I particularly appreciated not being bombarded with emails after signing up.
Everything has been excellent so far, and we feel reassured knowing our new home is properly covered.

Being in my 70's can find things a little daunting on line but visiting your site I found it easy and straightforward . I managed (with my sons help) to print of my insurance certificate but like most oldies I am not technically minded and like to have a hard copy of my insurance rather than view it online.

This company are con artists. I tried to buy a car insurance with them, but the payment was declined. My bank said they were not blocking it so eventually I paid on the phone and received an email confirming it has been paid in full. Two days later I received a new email saying that my balance is outstanding and I owe them the full amount. My bank statement was showing, it has gone through and my bank confirmed it. I now cancelled the insurance and started chargeback with my bank, but Policy Experts are still claiming that I haven’t paid it. It’s a bunch of lying thieves. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again.
Edited: A message for Policy Experts as I can’t respond to their comment. I have zero interest in your fake concern. My bank is dealing with it. I don’t want to have any dealings with you whatsoever. I don’t trust the company.
