Easy to order, arrived promptly. Still to put up so cannot comment on that aspect.

The curtain pole arrived safely in a large box and was exactly as I had expected without any sign of damage. The colour was as advertised and the fitting instructions were very helpful.

Great products at affordable prices. So pleased with our new curtain poles, they have uplifted our newly decorated lounge.

We have had five curtain poles from poles direct over the course of about 2 years. The curtain poles are fab. We have only had one issue with the latest order where we were sent the wrong sized brackets and finials for our pole. The attitude of the customer service rep was awful. The person didn't explain everything properly, didn't listen to me properly and clearly had an attitude. When I said I didn't feel comfortable leaving the chat without a confirmation email they said "Save the chat at the end then" this was one of many rude responses

Delivery was quick and the pole seems robust.

Two things were however slightly disappointing:

a) We were expecting the pole to come in a single 3m length, rather than split with a joining connector. This was the reason we ordered online rather than purchasing locally. Although it may be in the small print somewhere, having reread the product page, this seems like a reasonable assumption to make as it is not at all clear that it would be delivered in two short lengths.

b) Unlike similar poles we had bought locally at similar price, the brackets did not have any kind of cover plate thus it is a bit 'basic' and there was very little margin for error in mounting. To be fair this is shown on the product page but is nevertheless something that could be improved.

Although the wait was two weeks and anticipation was high ,so pleased I ordered from you ,
The pagaging was so good I couldn’t undo it ,had to wait for my son in-law to do it for me ,which of course meant it arrived in Suerb condition .

Searching everywhere for a one piece eyelet pole at 180cm, that wasn't an extendable one. Found this website and found one that is near identical to others i've already had for a few years. Very happy and even with postage, was no more expensive than all the extendable ones I found in all my local shops. Very Happy, and even fitted it up myself!!!

Delivery was as instructed, no delays. Goods arrived undamaged and in good time.

I assumed these poles when cut to length by the supplier would be in one complete whole length. Unfortunately not! They come in 2 halfs, so a joining piece ( internal sleeve ) connects them together. This obviously means you also need 3 brackets for it, so the middle one is visible. Also when they were cut to length the cuts weren't exactly square. The brackets supplied aren't manufactured very well either. The fixing plate when fitted level on the bracket to the wall made the bit the poles fits into unlevel and twisted, due to the poor manufacturer of it.
Very disappointed

The pole came when they said it would and they updated me all the time on the state of the delivery

Very helpful on the telephone, easy to order and prompt delivery. Installation information good for the experienced but might need looking at for the novice. Well packed and undamaged on arrival which is always great.

The poles are great, good quality. The process of ordering and prompt delivery was very good. Customer service answered my questions prior to ordering,polite friendly and helpful.
What I didn't like was the delivery service used, the company give you two options if you're not in, reschedule delivery day or leave with a neighbour. Nothing about a safe place. I emailed the company no response, tried to phone but no human. In the end they found a neighbour who was in and they took my poles in. Suggest you look into another delivery service as this was is limited.

Ordered 7 poles, 4 wooden and 3 stainless steel ones. The quality is excellent in both. One package had a couple of items missing but they sent replacement parts straight away. Would definitely recommend!

Pole arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the finials cracked when putting it together, one of the rings broke and the pole is slightly bowed. Looks ok now it’s up but we’ve had to repair it.
Shame as it wasn’t cheap…should’ve bought it direct from a shop.
