Placed order on 7th February, courier company said it was delivered on the 10th February. It was not delivered and delivery company have no proof of delivery. Still awaiting response from Poles direct and no curtain pole. Very disappointed with service.

Lack of customer focus but good quality products
I ordered 2 quantities when I wanted 3. Appreciate it was my mistake. When I called the next day to correct, I was told they would have to contract the supplier and it would be too much hassle. I was told to make another order. That meant I would have to pay delivery fees again.

Delivery was a bit slower than other companies I have ordered from. However they did answer the phone immediately when I called to enquire about date and told me the exact date they would despatch and that delivery would be 24-48hours later. Could improve by despatching more quickly.

Disappointed with my new curtain pole!
Disappointingly the poles,rings,supports were badly finished and poor quality. One of the end caps was split (replacement) requested, two of the eyelets screwed into the rings fell out.
I admit that I judged the standard of finish by the poles I was replacing, which I had purchased from John Lewis many years ago. Unfortunately JL did not have the color I wanted.
