polarr kept withdrawing from my account silently

I had a polarr subscription on PayPal. Yet, it is impossible to cancel it. It is not visible in the payment section. Then, I contacted polarr support, but they didn't even answer me. They didn't cancel the subscription either. Today, I realized that they had been withdrawing money from my account, even though I hadn't used it and had asked them to cancel it. I am pretty surprised to see that even such big firms can stay silent when it comes to withdrawing money silently from your account.

I like this program

I like this program, I have been using it for over a year. But now only 3 templates can be saved. I need to delete old templates if I want new ones. It used to be better
