Quality of Customer Service
I have purchased a number of items of clothing and always been delighted with the beautiful designs and quality of the clothing. Unfortunately, during a wash one of the press studs came off a jacket I had recently purchased for my granddaughter.
I contacted PO.P and could not have been more impressed by the quality and friendliness of the customer service provided. I was offered a full refund or repair and having opted for the repair was extremely impressed with both the quality and speed of the service. PO.P kept me fully advised throughout by email and could not have been more helpful.

Top quality items. My daughter goes to a forest school and I’ve just brought the new hiking trousers/shorts and they are absolutely perfect. I also got some everyday wear and the quality is fantastic.

I Absolutely Love Polarn. Great Quality, But Room for Improvement
I absolutely love Polarn O. Pyret clothes, the quality is fantastic, the designs are adorable, and their website is easy to navigate. The pieces are durable, stylish, and perfect for kids, which is why I keep coming back!
That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement:
1. Website Filters - It would be so helpful if the filters included a gender option (e.g., boys/girls/unisex) to make browsing even easier.
2. Stock Issues - I recently ordered 31 items, but unfortunately, 2 were out of stock after purchase. While I was reimbursed, I wish I’d been given the option to replace them with something else instead of just a refund.
3. Extended Sizing - I was disappointed to see that they no longer offer clothes up to 12 years - this was such a great option for older kids!
On a positive note, **Sarah from customer service was wonderful** - she offered free shipping on my next order, which was a nice gesture.
Overall, Polarn O. Pyret remains one of my favorite brands for kids' clothing, but I hope they consider these adjustments to make the shopping experience even better!
