The dungeries i ordered did not have the poppers for changing indicated on the website so have to return

We’re so sorry to hear that the dungarees weren’t as expected! We completely understand how disappointing that must feel.
The poppers for easier changing are only included on our baby sizes, which are sold under our baby range, and unfortunately size 98 is outside of that category. The baby sizes and children sizes should no longer be sold under the same article number to minimise this kind of confusion, and we’re very sorry that this wasn’t clearer and that you’ve been left feeling disappointed.
That said, we do hope the dungarees will still be easy to use thanks to the buttons along the sides, but we completely understand if they’re not what you were looking for.
You’re of course welcome to return the item, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can help you with! We’d be happy to guide you.

When you previously contacted us about this, we shared that Royal Mail had marked the parcel as delivered on June 20th, along with a photo as proof of delivery. That said, if you haven’t received it, we of course want to help sort this out for you!

Good, but not following fashion trends. My boys came to the playground wearing the shirts I got them, and they looked funny. Other boys were wearing football club shirts or similar shirts representing countries. The dogs on skateboards pattern on my boys shirts looked a bit out of time and too childish. :(
