The customer placed a pre-order for an ETB (Elite Trainer Box) and received a valid tracking number, as confirmed by our support team. The item was shipped within the promised timeframe. International pre-orders are sometimes fulfilled directly from our partnered distributors or fulfillment centers, including overseas warehouses — this is not Aliexpress.

Making assumptions based solely on packaging size or country of origin does not mean fraud. We fulfill hundreds of legitimate Pokémon TCG orders each month, including official ETBs, and always provide tracking.

The customer has not provided any proof that the item is fake, nor even opened the parcel, yet claims with "100% certainty" it's fraudulent. These are serious and unfounded accusations that harm our reputation.
