this is beyond rigging. it just grinds your EV to always be flat and for you to pay rake. There isnt any poker to play here, just a grind em up business practice. Im running at 0.5bb/100, in 150k hands, but the stuff i see is other wordly ridiculous

You can win but don't expect to cash out
I have been waiting since March 1 2026 to have my winnings paid out. As per their own General Terms of Service Part B section 9, they explicitly state that withdrawals have to be in the same manner of the last deposit. My last deposit was via Interac e-transfer, yet they say thats the one method they will not let me use to withdraw my funds. They claim its required by law but cannot show any single Canadian law that forbids me to have my funds via interac e-transfer. So they will violate their own terms of service just to make my leaving the site that much harder. I am still waiting for my $2127.72
Anyone wanting to join, they might have a half decent odds of winning money, but just don't expect the withdrawal process to be easy. They will find any excuse however flimsy and illegal to not pay you as I can attest to it first hand.

Help center is not helpful at all. I have 5 tournament tickets that are about to expire and they can’t be redeemed. The support email asked circular questions and then sent an email saying that the support email address is not actively monitored and to try the help center. The help center website rarely works. I’m going to a different poker site moving forward.
Update: they finally responded with the exact same unhelpful “tips”
This is frustrating and I feel a waste of my money.

First I get an email stating my country is blocked...
First I get an email stating my country will be blocked from all Pokerstars activity on July 1st. Suggests I withdraw any funds I have with the cashier.
As I have been nearly exclusively on PLAY MONEY, I only have a cash balance of $6.11.
So I went to withdraw it, found I was blocked.
Then I start getting all these emails to submit proof of residence and identity...passport, bank records, etc etc...for a service I am no longer even a part of.
I guess they are saying unless I submit a host of confidential material to this clown company I will be unable to withdraw my funds.
Be aware, I have been with them for over 20 years, I have a unique login name, a password, and a security code that I use every time I login...as well as they trusted my identity enough to let me play cash games and to flood my email with their BS promotions.
It's worth $6.11 to simply give those scammers the middle finger.
UPDATE: Following their reply, their email stated all requirements for documentation are rescinded,and to simply return to the Cashier to withdraw my funds. I returned to the Cashier, blocked out by an Error Message.
I wonder how many funds are abandoned because of endless roadblocks?

PokerStars great site for new and seasoned players
I’ve been a player on PokerStars for several years. I like the table layouts and ability to modify the look to my liking. There are goofy things like emojis that I find irritating, but we have the option of disabling those too. I find there are always people available at any skill and dollar level to play with. I also like the occasional cash bonuses and satellite tournaments that you can earn. The staff at the Customer Service level are excellent. Problems get resolved quickly. And a biggie for me, when I cash out it hits my bank account in a couple of days. Have fun.

Found it was easier to locate games before. Uncanny improbable hands still occur beyond belief sometimes..therefore..cannot wage big or enter high buy in tourneys.Too much time given to stare at 2 pocket cards and make a decision in holdem.A player should not be able to hold a room hostage because they are playing multiple games.
