I am writing to warn potential customers about the unprofessional conduct of PokeNotify. After I provided honest feedback regarding the onboarding experience, and subsequent behaviors of unexpectedly losing channel access for typical retail chains I was previously receiving notifications for, the owner (Dr.Apex) initiated a friend request just to Direct Message me to insult me personally, calling me "dense" and claiming I "lack the capacity to navigate the world."
Immediately following this interaction, the owner kicked me out from their Discord server, effectively revoking access to a service I have already paid for through 2/13/26. They should never have cut off the remaining days of my subscription, but out of retaliation, took this unprofessional and immature action. This was a clear breach of contract and a complete failure of customer support.
Buyers should be aware that providing feedback to this service may result in personal harassment and the immediate, unearned loss of their paid subscription. No business should operate in this manner when customers provide honest reviews without personally attacking anyone and simply commenting on how their service could improve. I would steer very clear away from them all together and use plenty of other great similar services out there that exist for Pokemon product notifications.
scam that doesn't offer anything you can't find on youtube. It is marketed as getting inside info and first notify on drops, yet their info reaches 100,000s of bots first. Never caught one drop and now it's hard to unsub. Don't waste your time with this garbage
They make it hard to cancel the subscription. I’ve been sending emails to cancel, but I haven’t received any response. This server is terrible—buyer beware. It doesn’t work, and you only get notifications when items are not available.
Most annoying channel ever, bugs all time and everywhere, alerts always late and so so so many useless alerts you can't imagine, like having the same alert 10 times in one minute for a sold out item?
Useless for UK collecters twitter is faster
In my experience, PokeNotify’s notification service is highly unreliable. Alerts are often delayed, inconsistent, or don’t appear at all, which defeats the purpose of the service. Additionally, I found the community surrounding the service to be unhelpful and not a welcoming environment for discussion.
