Recommend avoiding this company!

Placed an order, even though I had trepidations, but the items looked great for gifts. After receiving the order confirmation email, I waited for another email showing that it shipped. When that never came, I looked on the order page and it was showing as 'preparing'. I have contacted the company 3 times using the email address they have listed motomikus*outlook.com and have received no communication from them at all. It has now been six days and it still says 'Preparing'. I emailed again to cancel my order and request a full refund, including the 'express shipping', but I expect nothing.

Ordered a pair of Hudson boots. Really great service, felt very personal and delivery was fast. Great prices and I was very happy with the boots. Would highly recommend.

Purchased some Loake boots for my husbands birthday. They were on offer so were a good price and were delivered very quickly. Very friendly owner when I rang Pride of Britain. Would defo use again. Hard to find good service these days. Would highly reccommend.

I recently purchased a pair of loake loathers and a barracutta shirt through pobc, initially i had some sizing issues with both articles but after speaking to steve these issues were quickly resolved.I have to say that i am thouroughly pleased with both the quality of the items received as well as the service provided by pobc and promptness of delivery, it makes a refreshing change to do buisness with a company that treats its customers as it should.Carry on the good work, many thanks Peter.

From first registering,to browsing and finding what i was looking for was just how online shopping should be! The t shirt came next day, and the service is made personell by the hand written compliment slip,a nice touch! will be back to make lots more purchases soon thanks!!!

I ordered late on Monday evening and was putting on my new purchase by Wednesday. First class service , excellent products and by far the best deals to be found on line for the Loake desert boots I wanted. It was nice to find the hand written note in the parcel so I can't recommend POBC highly enough - shop there if you want to buy from someone who actually cares because Steve obviously does!!

Ordered a pair of Loakes for considerably less than anywhere else on the net.
Came within ONE DAY!
Reasonable postage charges, and a feeling of a personal service.

I ordered a Brutus trim-fit shirt, which arrived in literally 2 days, but was a tad tight on me. I suppose the clue was in the name "Trim fit" and I should have known better at my age. Anyway, I made contact with Steve, and posted my shirt back, and he sent me out the larger size straight away, with no extra P+P . This is perfect now on me. Got to say I love the shirt, but even better is to be treated as a "customer" and to receive a 1st class service. A real credit to you Steve, will definitely use you again. Cheers - Neil

I ordered a Large T-Shirt for a Valentines present and when it arrived (the day after ordering) it was too small. I contacted Steve at POBC via e-mail and in no time at all he replied with details on how to return and put a larger one to one side for me. There was fantastic communication the whole way through. From ordering the first one to receiving the second one was only a matter of days. Very good product. Great value for money and excellent personal service. No call centres or automatically generated e-mails. 1st Class.

ordered a pair of ben sherman jeans , everywhere was advertising them half price but only pobc had my size ordered them thursday lunchtime they arrived friday at 9 am very happy exactly as described will be using them again

Was looking all over the web for a pair of Henri Lloyd boots. Found them at POBC at an excellent price. Placed my order Sunday afternoon and received the boots Wednesday morning - in DENMARK!

Nice webshop, great prices and fast delivery - what more can you ask for?
