This platform is a scam do not fall for it. Report them however you can. I paid for 2 services (Spotify and audiomack) they never delivered my song to any playlist. I emailed send texts on IG all vanity. I couldn’t reach the scammers. Do not fall victim they have don’t this same thing to countless amount of people.

I paid for the pro plan 199€ never received any of the placement, I have sent more than 30 emails, Dms to the instagram page. No response. My plan has passed without receiving any of what I have paid. Huge scam, do not use

the support team is very slow, I sent 4 emails asking when they send me the playlist links but they still don't respond, I'm still waiting for my song to be promoted, I'm waiting for a response from them.

They used to be good, now I'm rethinking my decision. It has been 2 weeks, several follow-ups, emails, chats, and not a single reply or update from the team. No results either. I am very disappointed.

Stole my money with no refund!!!

Paid for placelist placement on 6th January with a confirmation that I would receive this within 2-4 working days

It is now the 25th January and after sending 7 emails demanding a refund, I have still not had a reply

Do not use this company. Ever.

They used to be pretty good, I think they went out of business or something. Bought a playlist a while ago, nothing, emailed them multiple times, no answer.

Placed my order on the 31 dec, waited a couple days before writing e-mails asking when the song is getting on playlists, no answers. The 10th Jan, got an e-mail letting me know that it has been placed on 5 new personalized curated playlists with a reach of 56.732 followers, looked nice but now, 6 days later I have gotten 2 streams/playlist, a total of 10 streams with 56.732 followers, this must be a joke, hahahaha. Have written again to all their different e-mails and no answers. I would like to get a refund or be placed on real playlists, Order Number: #3807

Update1: just been added to 4 new playlists, let's see what that brings ;-)

Update2: Just been taken down from those 4 new playlists, don't know why, got 19 streams from that? No more streams from the 5 first ones, this is really a joke

Update3: Sent several e-mails, no response, still no streams on the playlists and they don't even show up on SPOTONTRACK?

Update 4: Just got an e-mail from them saying that they are promoting the playlists, said that I should give it a couple days to get results, we will see

Update 5: It's been now a couple days and still no streams, sent them 2 messages and no answers, I think I will never see any streams or get my money back, THINK twice before you pay anything to this company, used a lot of different companies for playlisting and this is the worst so far

UPDATE 6: Ok, so you all have understood that this company is NOT serious, I have tried everything to reach them, DON'T PAY THIS COMPANY, they will take your money and give nothing in return, so please everyone that reads this, I am a serious producer and I don't work for another company just to write a bad review

Like many of the other folks here, I have gotten radio silence other than via text message, from the person who has helped me place the order. I immediately got my email for more information to make the campaign focussed on the correct genres, and now I have gotten nothing. I have sent messages through the chat function that have not been read, and I have sent 5 emails with read notifications and have gotten nothing. I placed my order on 12/31. I reached out to Jessica via text, and she said she cannot look at purchased orders and told me to be patient and it should not be more than 24-48 hours. If I don't get a response here I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.

UPDATE:

Still no responses through any of the mediums that i have tried, I have initiated a dispute with my credit card. Don’t use these folks.

It’s very obvious these positive reviews are fake. I’ve also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. And I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. This company is a complete scam operation.

I bought a package for nearly $1000 USD three weeks ago for my 10-year-old daughter and her latest single. I know exactly what this company is doing. You buy a package and then they force your hand by not responding to your emails as I’ve sent nearly 10 of them, wondering when my packages and campaign will get started. They ignore you fully in hopes of you just going away having been scammed. Imagine how many people they’ve done that too.

No response in three weeks after purchasing my package through their website. During the holiday season they make people feel like that by not responding? They should be ashamed of themselves!

I sympathize with any sort of issues your staff is dealing with, however to not maintain your business relationships properly is inexcusable. It is not OK to leave your prospective customers sitting there with a knot in their stomach during Christmas holidays because you failed to respond to their constant emails inquiring about the start of a paid for campaign. And after I go through the trouble of writing these reviews, it is only now that you care to contact me to find out what the issue is. This whole scenario feels an awful lot like you’re just hoping people go away and you can scam them. And to even mildly suggest failure to reply to my many emails had something to do with a song not being approved, is laughable. So hypothetically speaking if that was the case, that’s a feasible response in your eyes???? To tell someone you left waiting for three weeks with absolutely no indication of what’s going on with the 1000 USD they spent while submitting a song, that perhaps one of the reasons for failure for response, is relating to the fact that the song was not approved?

The more I think about your response to my complaint, the more I dislike it.

FOLLOW UP - this company is a joke!!! I got an email from them about two weeks ago claiming to review my situation, I responded and didn’t hear back again. I don’t know what gives these people the right to feel like they can mess with your payment, but sadly that’s exactly it. A word of caution please avoid this company at all costs. Completely horrible business practises. Go with more of a trusted approach. Do not take a chance on these people it’s not worth*****

SCAMMERS. Ordered a package over 3 weeks ago and they straight up stole my $150. Sent multiple emails and I haven't heard a word from them.

I ran a promo for 100k reach,it was playlisted in the wrong genre and people were skipping by the songs it's been a whole week no stats or streams on Spotify I tried mailing them no response on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook this is sad I am really disappointed

I had a good experience with plvylists. The only issue I found was that I could not find the genre of music that I make 'Future Bass' or 'Melodic Dubstep'.

I purchased a playlist placement for $89. After receiving initial email asking me for more information, which I sent less than 5 minutes after, I received one email saying my request was received. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have gotten no contact even after many email to Plvylists trying to get a refund. Hopefully they can fix this so I can change my review, I’ve heard good things about their service. At this point, I don’t even want the service, I need a refund because they threw me out with my marketing plan big time. I think however they should give my refund and also give me my service based on the poor service provided. I am a working man and pulling $90 out to pay for a playlist placement option was NOT easy.

Hey, young artist checking if these people can help you achieve your dreams. I get it. Your ignoring the bad reviews clinging to the few good ones because of your pure and hopeful heart.

Unfortunately, it is a scam. These people know how hopeful you are and play with it. Stay away from them. You will get 0 results. If you do its bots.

All the "good comments" are accounts they make. To play with your head.

These are evil and conniving people preying on the hopeful artist.

They will get your account banned with bot activity and steal your money.

Waste of money n time.

Our agency has been scammed! We paid for our service and then they stopped corresponding with us claiming that the messages had gone into spam, they have failed to respond to our numerous requests for a refund

They have taken our money and now refuse to respond. We never received any service from them and Spent $200 SCAM

I ordered one time from plvylists back in 2019 with great results I was a happy customer. Two years later now in 2021, I ordered back in July and had me wait for a month with no response or results. Ive emailed customer service many times and no answer. I had to dispute my charge with my bank to get my money back. Now im trying them ONE last time and still NO answer to my order. I made a purchase and im still waiting for at least a answer or results and NOTHING. Im starting to lose faith with plvylists and thinking of taking my music somewhere else. . .

I subscribed for a 50k plan in several playlists for a duration of 1 month. On 08.26 I got an email with the playlists placement of my song but nothing happen, no plays until 09.25 where I saw in my stats my track was finally played in the playlists but it stopped after 1 day as the plan was finished (9.26) ! I got so 1K instead of much more! What happened with the track ? How is it possible to be only played on 1-2 days as the song was in the playlists for a month ?! I have sent a lot of emails with no anwsers so please I need a solution right now as it's a total scam. Refund me or give me a new plan for free but you have to find a solution.
