Mega fast delivery, product already fitted and shower is fixed

Great price and products fast delivery

Be warned if you’re planning to use Plumbnation’s advertised price match or lowest price guarantee - they will find a reason not to honour it.

When we called to price match a Vaillant boiler against Boilers n Bits, who were around £100 cheaper, Plumbnation refused. Their justification was that Boilers n Bits had a 3–5 day delivery window compared to their two days. We told them clearly that we weren’t time-constrained and were happy to wait — it made no difference.

What’s particularly frustrating is that when challenged, their staff actually acknowledged that delivery timescales aren’t listed as a condition in their price match terms. They conceded the point and still refused to budge. We’ve reported this to Trading Standards as a result.

The member of staff we spoke to (Andy/Andrew) was also unhelpful and a little dismissive, which didn’t help.

We ended up buying from Boilers n Bits, saved £100, and had a much better experience. If a lowest price guarantee is part of why you’re considering Plumbnation, I’d factor in that it may not be worth the paper it’s written on.

If this is how they are happy to go back on their guarantees then I don’t really trust products bought from them! We’re doing a house renovation and all purchases will now be through Boilers n Bits!

Their Gas Engineer installed a replacement Gas fire in our lounge September2025. The fire worked effictivley though out the winter25/26. A problem arose with the its instalation last week (mid June 2026) British Gas taggedthe fire "Unsafe to use"so we called them and Richard attended and completely reinstalled the fire.
The following two morning's my wife could smell gas.
British Gas sent in Gas Emergency Service who identified small leak coming from the"restrictor elbow" again the fire labled "Unsafe to Use".
Finally Victor attended 23/6 and after methodically ensuring all was good replaced the restrictor elbow.
Both Richard and Victor were very good. Yes I would be happy either to attend for our fire.

Ordered an Air conditioning unit which showed as being in stock and paid for next day delivery. 3 days later the order was cancelled by plumb nation as they were unable to supply the item.

I always read reviews before purchasing online and was not disappointed.
Competitive price, prompt delivery, extremely well packaged, and excellent communication from order to delivery.

Ordered a new ceramic sink. It came quickly and was a good price. It looks beautiful in my kitchen so very happy.
