Uncommunicative and untrustworthy.
It took 2 attempted installations before the charging point past inspection, 3 interactions with the customer desk ( and blocked payment) before we received any of the charging tokens. Now, a few months later our charge point has been deactivated due to "malpayment" even though we have given them bank direct debit authorization.
Their online platform remains empty, and their service desk is generally unhelpful if you are lucky enough to reach them.
