This is a ghost company
Exactly experienced the same issue has Lars and Mark. Bought the POS module for M2 and was not able of install it because a file was is missing. Almost 5 weeks now without reply to my support request and of course no reply to the refund request like promissed.

Do not buy from this Company
Do not buy from this Company! I purchased POS for Magneto 2 was not cheap it never worked 100% always having problems, then upgraded Magneto and then it stopped it would not allow us to log in anymore.
I contacted them they asked me to pay more money for support, they basically installed a later version and it still did not work.
I have tried emailing, and using chat support for about 4 weeks now with no reply nothing back from them.
DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL REQUIRE SUPPORT AT SOME POINT BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE SUPPORT EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO! SCAM!
