I use the MPC Beat DAW and i've bought many packs from Plugin Boutique, from synth, bass, analog, drums, guitars plug in that i can't find on other website.

I got an email advertising a new plugin…

I got an email advertising a new plugin for $49 (XLN DB-30) but when I clicked the link it was $99. I reached out to PB thinking this is bait-n-switch and that they may help me. They never even responded. I bought the plugin at $99 and like it, just disappointed in the false advertising and lack of response. Any response would have been appreciated.

I bought a plugin from Plugin Boutique

I bought a plugin from Plugin Boutique, but then they redirected me to Plugin Alliance, and I can't download it. I filed a complaint with Plugin Boutique, but they never responded. Poor service.

The fact that the Plugin was only 69.00…

The fact that the Plugin was only 69.00 on the Three Body Technology website where the product came from . I was truly mad when I saw this.

Your service is great

I purchased a Rhodes anthology software…

I purchased a Rhodes anthology software vst on Sunday and downloaded everything only to receive a code meter app that only states that the license on my 2025 mac book pro - thunderbolt os was activated and cannot find the vst anywhere even though I’m using an apple garage band app that this product is supposed to work with …. I then sent your customer service facet a message asking for technical guidance 4 days ago and have heard absolutely nothing in return….i want my money back forthwith as this was the is an atrocious situation all around!!!!!
