Family Affair
My husband and I having been using Plexaderm for over a year. He started once he saw my results. I use it daily, even without make-up and get so many comments about how great my eyes look.
The only reason for one less star is your website does not allow me to manage our subscription. I wanted to up the quantity delivered and had to call customer service, who had to cancel my existing subscription and re-instate a new one. Cumbersome as I still do not see the date of fulfilment on your site.

I love your product
I love your product, I'm a 71 yr old man and use plexaderm maybe about 4-5 times a week if that much there are days I don't need it but glad I have it. A lot of times I use very little in putting it on in one thin line where as it makes half the droop disappear and also looks good on me. Only thing I don't like are the after effects the wrinkling of the skin sometimes when not using. This I've never had before but I'm attributing to my age.

Its nothing more than glue
Its nothing more than glue, does nothing for the skin.. I think elders glue thinned down would be about as effective.. Im glad I only bought the trial version and not wasted a lot of money on a bottle of it.. my under eyes feel like cardboard, actually hurts a little, scratchy.

Disappointing Results & Lasting Puffiness
I treated myself to the 10ml Rapid Reduction Serum ($54.13) for Christmas after seeing so many good reviews, but it really let me down. I followed the directions to a T on my forehead and smile lines back in January, but saw basically no difference. I decided to give it one last shot on my right under-eye to compare it to my left. Not only did it fail to work, but I woke up the next morning with a bloodshot eyeball and puffy eye bag that wasn't there before. When I tried the serum on the very bag it caused, it still did nothing! It’s been three months and my eyeball is still bloodshot and the swelling has decreased some but it still hasn't fully gone away, while my untreated eye looks totally normal. I’m honestly so bummed that this pricey product didn't just fail—it actually made my eye look worse.
I take back what I previously said about their customer service. Not only did they give me a full refund but they actually called. You can definitely buy this product and know that their customer service is going to make it right if something goes wrong.

Disappointed
I was excited about this product. I read all the instructions first. I used it as directed, and the product turned a dark color. I figured that
I applied too much. I rinsed it off and started from scratch with a smaller amount. Then, it turned white, and began to peel. I tried it a third time the exact same thing ocurred. I saw no difference. I spent $64. I'm so disappointed. I didn't think it would totally change my puffiness, but absolutely no difference and it made my skin look worse/dry. I feel like I was taken advantage of and have no recourse. Plexaderm responded below that it was too much product. That's not the case the second and third time. I used way less and it didn't matter.

This product sucks and feels awful on your skin. It leave a horrible dry film and half the time amplifies your wrinkles if it works at all.
The first time I ordered was when product first came out and it worked great. It was a white cream that soaked in nicely and worked. When I told company this they argued with me like I was wrong. Claiming they had not changed their formula and that it has always been made with clay. BS. They claim you get a 90 day money back guarantee but when you request it they say oh no only 30 day money back guarantee and will not honor it. Lots of false advertising. Product barely works if you apply it just so and even if you do get results it feels so horrible on the skin you can't wait to get it off. Product used to be good. Now company lies. First batch of product I received didn't work at all. So then sent me more from a different batch. It worked slightly but was still not like the commercials. And like I said feels so awful you can't wait to remove it. Awful product, awful company, don't waste your money here because they do not honor money back guarantee.

I appreciate Plexaderm's response to my review. I use a water based foundation and not a heavy amount. I also avoided applying any moisturizer or any other product on my clean, dry skin (according to the directions). It's good to acknowledge that this product just does not work on ALL skin types. In reality, NO skin product is cookie-cutter so to admit that it doesn't work for everyone, no matter how much you'd like it to, is a noble gesture indeed.

DO NOT buy this product! The trial package was set in small "buttons" on a sheet. Very hard to get to product. Also, did not work at all on any wrinkles, whether fine lines or other. Dries the treated areas exponentially, and flakes, and moisturizer doesn't help. Waste of time and money.

I started to order the $14.95 sample but changed mind after I had completed my information clicked the cancel button, noticed the following morning it's pending on my bank account, so I called their customer service number and was told it shipped already ( supposedly in 10 hours-overnigh) said they can't cancel because it shipped already
So made sure nothing else is ever shipped and charged ever again.
The advertisement and the website is a typical bait and switch.

It Works Wonders—But The Cost!
I have used Plexaderm for several years. I am 61 and have always rubbed my eyes, even as a teenager, so I have horrible bags under my eyes. Plexaderm works wonderfully for me. I mix a tiny amount of my foundation with it in my palm then apply to each eye separately. I do this for two reasons: Plexaderm begins to dry quickly so if I try to do both eyes at the same time the second eye will be flaky; and I’ve learned the right amount for each eye is different so they must be done individually.
I also used Plexaderm on the wrinkles forming around one side of my mouth. It works wonderfully there also and does not crack during the day.
For me, there are two keys to getting all day wear without flaking: trial and error to determine the amount needed for each eye and mouth area because they are different for me; and taking the 7-10 minutes that Plexaderm needs to set before doing anything else. Yes, my husband says I look strange standing there staring into the mirror without moving my eyes or mouth, but whatever.
My only problem with Plexaderm is the cost. I cannot afford to use it when I know I will be home all day or when I am going out to visit with family or close friends. The cost is just too prohibitive.

I have tried this twice over a ten year period, thinking I may have applied it wrong. I tried it again This makes your wrinkles look dry and worse.....even with very little use. This was applied on family members at different ages. All family said the same thing. It did nothing !
