payment method is a little bit shady.

IDEAL is missing a few banks to choose from, such as Revolut.
I tried paying by card but it failed, also the interface for card payment is terrible.

Accusing customers of lying instead of fixing their error
Not only was our order incorrect (2 out of 5 items arrived), but instead of trying to make things right, the representative (Michael) accused us of lying and said that our claim of an incorrect order was "impossible". Some of the worst customer service I've witnessed in all my travels.

Zou u een ordernummer willen doorgeven waar deze beoordeling betrekking op heeft? Dan kunnen wij meekijken voor een passende oplossing. Het nummer wat u aangeeft is een track en trace nummer van het pakket en geen ordernummer.

Bad Experience
I'll start with a delay of 1 day in delivery (by Post NL).
Will continue with- getting 1 less article (only 3 out of 4 hand soap by Green Soap a deal of 2 x 2).
Will end with - 1 of the soap bottles was smashed in to the packing box due to poor packing so I had quite of job to clean all toilet paper packages which was as well in the same box. If I could add a picture I would do so.
So, for me it was first and last order via Plein.nl

Update today 28.06.23 - received an email from Patty (costumer service) with apologies letter and reimbursement so changed my experience to 3 stars.
