Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Having paid for a jacket on 1st Jan, I sent two emails mid January ( received no response) querying the missing item. I spoke with someone from customer service at the end of the month who assured me she would look into this and email me, which she did not! Having spoken with someone again today, their attitude was extremely poor - no apology and almost surprised as my dismay the item had taken so long to arrive saying ‘well it’s on the way now!’. I explained I was disappointed by the way this had been handled ( lack of apology included) and that it would make me hesitant to shop online with a brand we previously loved! The advisor seemed apathetic about this and preserving future business-avoid’

do not buy from this site

I ordered a pair of sneakers on December 27, 2023, I wrote to support on January 20 and did not receive any response. today I wrote to them again. I also called the store in Amsterdam (having the number from a previous order) and the boy was very nice and wrote them an email. after 3 hours I received a message from the bank that my money will be returned, and my order disappeared from my account. my advice is don't buy from them because you won't get anything, instead they will use your money until you realize and take action.. very disappointed

GLORIFIED SCAMMER!

Why does everyone buy this Totally terrible brand? For five years, I’ve had SMS spam from PP. I used to spend thousands in PP.
Until I realised how bad the clothes were. I bought a coat for 3300 and the crystals fell off the back after two wear’s.
Every pair of PP trainers I've owned has fell apart within about three months, if that! The crystals on the Hoodies I bought also all fell off! The crystals on the T-shirts I owned all fell off! I bought a pair of leggings for my girlfriend in the sale and they arrived with a hole in the crutch and crystals missing so they’ve obviously been returned by someone else and sent to us! How can you charge the money you do PP and do this to your customers? You should be ashamed PP. I get spammed twice a day from 630am in the morning and living in the UK also. Honestly the worst brand I have ever encountered and I can’t believe people are still buying into PP BS bravado on Instagram. And funding his life! WHY? Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from a luxury clothing brand. Don’t believe the VIP sales. everything he brings out ends up in sale within about two weeks (judging by the text messages I get daily) so you might as well, Just wait to buy it if you really want to buy his clothes-in the sale. But I would avoid PP like the plague. Don’t fund this shocking posers life. He should be ashamed. PP is just a glorified scammer and one day. Your business is going to go bankrupt, because you can’t sustain in this level of customer service (Which is the worst I've ever experience from an luxury brand, may I add) And charge £1500 for a T-shirt. PP will be his own demise. don’t buy into this brand you will definitely regret it. As the quality is more like Primark, not high-end fashion! Plus it’s 2024 no one is wearing that absolute garbage anymore!
Buy a respected brand like LV, Dior or Chanel at least their clothes won’t be in sale every week and will be of far better quantity! as it’s the same price why would you buy this garbage?

Bought a shoe but recevie it after 1 Month, i know the shoes from PP and other High end brand is always a bit bigger in size so i always buy 1 size smaller but This one is 2 size bigger so i want to return it and buy it 2 size smaller but i buy it in december Month where it has discount and now they wont let me Exchange it or buy it for same Price even that they forgot to write in description that the shoes are bigger and even that it took 1 Months to deliver, Philipp Plein is now a low Custom service and low Quality than H&M!

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. After 3 messages on their website, one email and 2 messages on IG they finally responded. Unfortunately their "response" did not answer my question. They refused to answer. I was asking that they verify authenticity of one of their leather skirts. All true high end brands do this willingly.

Don't buy or order from them

Don't buy or order from them. Absolutely no service, complete disregard of the client. The size didn't fit me and I sent the package back. It's been a month, they haven't returned the money, they completely ignore and don't respond to emails

sold me a item that now they dont have…

sold me a item that now they dont have in stock... there is no support or UK phone number..., this was supposed to be a VIP thing where we get early access. They then proceed to tell me I could have the same pair of trainers in white and 5 days later have cancelled my order again this was supposed to be a main Christmas present!! Feel completely mugged off

Disappointing brand

Nothing wrong with the item i purchased. The issue was customer service, i ordered from phillipp plein official website and wanted to change to different size, which is apparently something they can’t do. The only choice i had is to send the item back and order a new one. While waiting for refund, after chaise them and wait for refund that took 3 weeks to arrive. 15£ for delivery that was never refunded, if i had ordered different size that would of been 30£ total paid for delivery just to change to different size.

My purchase from PHILIPP PLEIN turned…

My purchase from PHILIPP PLEIN turned out to be extremely disappointing. Firstly, the price I paid for the item was completely disproportionate to the quality of the product received. After wearing it only a few times, the clothing started to look old and worn, which is entirely unacceptable for a brand positioning itself as high-end.
Moreover, during the purchase, I encountered unpleasant behavior from the staff. The salesperson didn't pay adequate attention when I asked questions about the product and failed to provide any helpful information. Additionally, when attempting to return the item due to its poor quality, I faced hypocrisy and difficulties in the return process.
In summary, my purchase from PHILIPP PLEIN left me feeling like I overpaid for a low-quality product, and I regret my choice. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this brand to those who value a good balance between price and quality in their purchases.

A joke company as the reviews I order in Black Friday my order where pre order and there the joke starts a month later they informed me that something goes on with the fabric and they not gonna send the order and they offered me a voucher with the amount what i paid plus 10 percent what a joke i asked them to replace for a similar item they refuse and the joke is what the item what I ordered is still available on the official site so just waste of time with them as for the message I received as well from a fake branch what my delivery has arrived and is one the custom service and to put my details.

As others have said, AVOID!

As others have said, this company is hugely annoying with their incessant spam. I will never buy from them again and would advise others to follow the same approach. I receive 1-2 sms messages per day from them. HUGELY annoying and I’m sure they must be violating GDPR rules.

Absolute scamming garbage company

DO NOT give them any personal info as they will bombard you with unsolicited SMS messages without option to unsubscribe.
Their product is also rubbish, the t-shirt with crystal skull lasted 2 weeks, crystals falling off and snagging on the fabric. absolutely worst fashion brand out there and so despearate to sell they resort to spam. Reported to OFCOM, ICO and O2.

I like Philipp Plein clothes. It's beautiful, mostly have good quality. Customer service and quality sometime have to bee better, but anyway I like this Brand.

I have been a loyal customer of Philipp…Extremely Disappointed with Philipp Plein - Terrible Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer of Philipp Plein for quite some time now, but my recent experience with them has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had high expectations from this brand, given my previous purchases, but my last order has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I placed an order for two items, and I couldn't wait to receive them. However, when the package finally arrived, I was in for a rude shock - one of the items was missing! Naturally, I expected a brand of Philipp Plein's reputation to resolve such issues efficiently.

I immediately contacted their VIP customer service, believing that as a loyal and frequent customer, my issue would be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, this has been far from the case. It has now been a staggering 25 days, and I have yet to receive any sort of response from them - no refund, no acknowledgment of the missing item, and no indication that they care about their customers' satisfaction.

This experience has been a complete letdown. I invested not only my money but also my trust in Philipp Plein, and they have failed me miserably. As a VIP customer who has made numerous purchases from them in the past, I expected better treatment and respect. However, it's clear that they do not value their customers, regardless of their loyalty.

It is with great disappointment that I have made the decision to sever all ties with the Philipp Plein brand. I can no longer support a company that not only provides subpar customer service but also fails to rectify their own mistakes. If this is how they treat their VIP customers, I shudder to think how they treat others.

I hope that this review serves as a warning to potential customers who value efficient customer service and integrity in their shopping experiences. Philipp Plein may have stylish products, but the complete disregard for customer satisfaction is a deal-breaker for me. I will never purchase anything from them again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before doing so as well.

Break the law on privacy policy and unsolicited communications. This company is so badly run that there must be either malfeasance or imminent bankruptcy. Do not purchase- it is only a question of a (short) time and this company will go under.
