I bought sneakers in the chain stores twice. Both times there were problems with the sole materials. The last purchase was in a store in Malaga. The sole simply burst during the warranty period, but the only thing they did was to say that it was my fault. Never again!

⚠️ “Defective shoes and no refund — ignored by customer service”
I purchased two pairs of Philipp Plein sneakers — one online via Klarna and one in-store (cash). Both were the same model but different sizes. Shockingly, size 40 was identical in length to size 39.
I sent photo and video proof, contacted customer service multiple times, and even mailed a legal notice. They ignored every message. No exchange. No refund.
The shoes are unused and in original packaging, yet they refused to help. Completely unacceptable for a premium brand.
I’ve reported this to BBB and FTC. Save your money — avoid Philipp Plein.
Extremely poor quality shoe returned and did not receive full refund

got the shoe that clearly lacked the finish the silver quoting on the sole was chipped at multiple places when the item was unboxed and brand new with tags. I contacted the customer service and they SUGGESTED that even exchange shoes have this issue so I should return the item. After returning the item there was no refund issued automatically. I had to keep track of the refund and when followed up they only refunded a portion saying that they cannot refund the shipping which was free when I ordered the item in the beginning - and even if there was a charge for shipping they should not charge to customer if the item was returned based on their suggestion and lack of quality in their product - the customer support representative himself suggested that I should share my feedback online and that as per company policy they cannot refund me what I was charged - again, the item was returned due to poor quality and color/paint shipping off at various places
Ordered sneakers - received in 6 days
I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from Plein.com, The delivery was fast—my order arrived in 6 days to Switzerland (customs clearance always took 2-3 days). The sneakers fit perfectly and are exactly as described on the website. they look even better in person.
Extremely bad consumer policy
Extremely bad consumer policy. They ship one order in many different deliveries causing recipient multiple tax handling fees. In my case I needed to pay more than EUR 120 extra fees! They do NOT answer e-mails regarding returns until it is too late, and they refuse returns.
Scam artists
Scam artists! Do not order from this company! I ordered a jacket and it came it was too big. I returned item nearly two months ago and have still not received my refund! They ignore all your emails and phone calls. Whilst also having the audacity to send me a text message every single day! How this company is able to trade freely I will never know!

I have purchased a leather moto jacket online. The jacket is very nice and good quality Unfortunately it was small. I have contacted customer support they sent me a return label. Philipp Plein received my item on 13/12/2024. Today is 17/1/2025 and I have not received any confirmation or refund yet. I called the customer support a few times, sent online inquiry and emails no response. Now I contacted my bank and started a dispute.

Very bad service to be honest and a huge disappointment, I ordered a jacket and it took nearly a month to arrive spoke to someone from the company regarding why it is taking so long and he mentioned the discounted items take longer to receive although it said fast delivery when I ordered it.
The jacket came too small and I returned it, it took nearly a month again to be returned and I contacted customer service multiple times to receive my refund and no one responds back.
I would definitely avoid buying online.
It’s a shame because I used to buy so much items from Philip Plein when they had a London boutique but the company is not what it used to be.
BOMBARDED WITH UNSOLICITED MARKETING INFO VIA SMS
Constantly bombarded with unsolicited SMS messages at least 3 times a week from Plein or Plein Outlet in the early hours of the morning. There’s no way to opt out or unsubscribe from SMS messages. Since the 10th December I have called and emailed 3 times and asked to have my personal info removed and to stop these nuisance messages. Nobody has responded to my emails with screenshots of the messages and on the phone they give excuses like it could be the IT department are busy! The situation has become extremely frustrating. I’ve informed Plein that I will seek legal advice from Which Legal on how to formally report the issue if it continues. By law if asked to removal personal information it’s supposed to be actioned immediately.
Avoid buying online!
I tried to return a pair of sneakers that I ordered. The return link did not function on the app and on the website. I sent an email with no response. I tried to phone a number in Switzerland without success than a number in France where I finally got somebody who sent me the return documents. It turned out that these documents were missing some papers and UPS was not able to do the return. Still trying to contact the company to sort out the problem after 15 days! Avoid this brand!

Placed on order on November 23 , 18 days later the order was cancelled, I never received an explanation. Another order placed on November 26 is still up to now Dec. 13th in status 'being processed' Noone answers the calls nor the emails sent. Terrible customer service!

I made a return in a shoe and after 1 month and half that I sent them what’s going on with my refund they said that they received an empty box .After a month that the said they will investigate it with dhl , answered me that the investigation was declined. Disgusting attitude towards customers
My watch from this brand broke. I contacted the company and they offered to refund me. This was in April this year. Well... I sent the watch back and still haven't received a refund. The support doesn't give any information except empty excuses. It seems I was cheated out of 750 euros and my item was taken. Never deal with this brand.
Upd 1: two days have passed. Support continues to send me false information: that they allegedly made a payment to my bank account, but my bank declined the payment, they sent a fake transaction number that does not match the format of the PayPal payment system with which I paid for the purchase. It seems that they do not intend to return the funds
