Terrible support from PlayStation. Having trouble getting DLC to be recognised in game. Contacted support via chat twice. First time fobbed off saying it was a known issue with developer. Then tried again via chat where it was escalated to the support team stating I could wait for up to 5 days. 5 days pass received an email stating “hope this helps” but not indicating what was supposed to help me! Re-contacted Support asking if they can tell what the email was about…only for them to tell me they ask support again to contact me..and it could take 5 days!

Ik heb dit jaar 1 overtreding gekregen van de servicevoorwaarden en we zijn al bijna 6 maanden in 2025 en ik krijg een perma ban omdat ik een bericht heb gestuurd naar iemand met het bericht f** your gg, cause he played very bad and wanted to be funny and send me gg with a provocative intention and for that i get a perma ban still they take my 130 euro yearly plan money 1 month in before and you cannot change the account detail to stop automatic sub and have to call and make them stop it. Also very bad customer service.
Disgusting thieves
Disgusting thieves ! I paid for two ID changes, only one was made by Sony. I read it can take up to a week before a change is effectively made so I patiently waited. Then, 20 days later, the change still was not made so I called them. The agent said they cannot refund after more than 10 days and that he cannot change my online ID. I will take legal action for this theft.

After update 1.59, all MWlll game files were deleted and you have to reinstall to CONTINUE to play the game that was already there, just because they want you to buy Black Ops. Extremely poor management! If this was B2B they would be out of business. Amazing how bad they treat individual customers.

The ps5 works like a charm it's really good you get 120 FPS the best graphics ever and the Pads have the best grip.
Unauthorized charges
Spoke with PlayStation representative in April due to unauthorized charges on my credit card. They advisesd that the credit card payment method was removed and no further charges to that card would be an issue. This month I received another $54 in charges. I called back, they advised that they can’t refund or remove the payment method and hung up on me when I requested to speak to a supervisor. Also refused to send me any proof of our conversation today. Not sure what to do now that they won’t cancel that reoccurring unauthorized charge.

Cant log into my account online, tried to get help and sat in a queue for 30 mins, when I did get someone they wanted information that I didnt have available like the serial number of the PS5.... not like any of the info any reputable company uses... I was able to log into my phone and asked them what info they wanted from my account but instead of replying they just abruptly ended the chat and then blocked me from using chat service.
So bad I want to take my equipment and dump it back with them.....

Awful worthless people working for this company. Hijacked the company. I was playing one of my favourite games. Red dead redemption 2. When i was approached by another player that started grieving my new character and harassing me in game and also insulted me numerous times through messaging and voice chat. I was unfairly banned by this guy for not much reason. He sounded like a Jew or a Pakistani. Not Japanese. He was discriminating against me and even made what seemed to be racist comments to me in my inbox so as soon as I retaliated he had a tantrum. Also he threatened to ban me right at the start for nothing and without me doing anything. A nasty piece of rubbish. He also insinuated he was spying on me through some means and insulted me. I want this guy sacked and my PlayStation account recovered and back in use or these people don't get no more business from me i will switch companies. This guy should not of restricted my account and should not of banned me for nothing over an adult chat system. It's an over 18 year old game and he had the option to block my chat messages if the moron didn't like it. I want that guy off my accounts.

Ordered a game, paid for it and the website didn't respond to it. tried to get in touch with customer service, which is almost impossible. You can't find a link anywhere to talk to an actual person, and if you find a way to talk to an agent, get ready to stick to their working hours. so if you live on the other side of the world, have fun staying awake at night waiting in a queue until it's your turn. I've been trying to contact someone for over 5 hours now and it's making me angry.

Bought a PS5 - bought a subscription - they made a mistake and set the expiry date to the date I bought it - waiting a week+ (still waiting) for any resolve - no answer other than it has been escalated, wait for a response - hoping to get it solved this year
