Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Paid to have full page ads removed and still was getting an onslaught of them! They keep sending emails explaining what the sub should do WHICH I ALREADY KNOW! EVERY TIME I ANSWER I GET JUST A REPEAT OF THE SAME SHITE! CANT GET A REFUND THROUGH GOOGLEPLAY. DO NOT PLAY ANY OF THEIR GAMES! THE ADS WILL DRIVE YOU MAD!

I Feel Cheated & At Risk Each Time I Play Due to Their Sneaky Tactics

I'm rating this company with only ONE STAR because of repeated incidents where I *WIN* tournaments of their word games but they end up cheating me. Here are a few of the things I experience when I am playing in their online tournaments (if I can recall all their sneaky tactics! because I get so stressed and angry, it's hard to recall everything!):

First, I suspect that I am playing against BOTS, not real people. Last time I played there were dozens of supposed players, but nobody's score changed except mine, which climbed higher than anyone's. So clearly nobody else was even playing. In that game, I received a brief Notice on screen that I won, but no details were shown about the game at all, which is not how it normally works. Second, I can WIN but then they slap a Notice about CALCULATING THE SCORE that lasts interminably, so I give up and go away, even though I am NUMBER 1, winning; but when I come back, my status is lowered to something like #20!? Next, when I am WINNING, they throw stuff onto my tablet screen that blocks the game entirely, like slapping the keyboard onto my screen, so I cannot play! Other times, they say "NOT CONNECTED ONLINE" right in the middle of my game, which we know is a LIE! They also throw up ADS to block my ability to play and won't remove the ad until I close the game and start over.

Some really bizarre and scary things have also occurred while I'm online, playing their games. The ones I usually play are WORD BLISS and CROSSWORD JAM. Recently on more than one occasion, I was playing and all of a sudden I started getting BOGUS ALARMING messages scrawled across my tablet screen saying YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BECAUSE YOU BROKE THE RULES and YOUR DEVICE HAS OVER 125 MALWARES, CLICK HERE TO REPAIR! Some of these scary messages claimed they were from GOOGLE! I suspect that either PLAYSIMPLE COMPANY is responsible for these alarms sent to me while playing their games or else something is infected in their programs or Google's store.

I have concluded that this company is dishonest and deceitful; they are apparently located in INDIA and their dictionary for the word spellings is not American English. Many of the words in the game are archaic British terms; the dictionary they use is dubious and many times their games do not recognize standard English words. All in all, I am disappointed and actually do get angry at being CHEATED when I am winning and they claim I am not. I hope this review helps people decide whether to trust PLAYSIMPLE GAMES. Sorry it is rather disjuncted, but I've tried to explain the problems as best I can. It is a shame because the games themselves are beautifully designed with lovely images and lively music, but the dirty tricks are a HUGE SHOCK and DISAPPOINTMENT!

Paid for Coins-Didn’t receive

I have been playing Word Wars for almost 5 years. At times I have purchased coins with no problem. Most recently (6 weeks ago) I purchased 9000 coins for $50 and never received the coins and get no response after 10 sending requests for either the coins or a refund

This company produces games which are…

This company produces games which are offered through Google Play. I have been playing wordwars for several years almost daily.
After their most recent update the app continually freezes to the point where I have to delete the app and reinstall it as often as several times a week. I have advised the company of some theses issues but have never received a response back. Recently they fraudulently charged my credit card 12 consecutive times on the same day for a total amount of $89. I contacted them about these fraudulent charges but I've never heard back. I've contacted my credit card company to report their fraudulent charges.
