All Vendors Are Not Equally Honest
Although I've purchased many products from this creator, Karthik Ramani and have had nothing but praise for him. I purchased the product Playpix and have not had access to it ever. I've contacted the support team and even the creator and I was told that there was an issue that would be corrected within a couple of days and I'd be notified. Well, it's been over a year and a half. Today is 06/10/24, and although I continue to contact support, they have not responded to me anymore. So, here we are. I have chosen never to purchase, or support this creator ever again, and would advise anyone purchasing his products to do so with caution. Make sure you have access to the product you purchased from any vendor before the trial period expires.
