I cashed out a 50$ visa gift card said I will have my card in 24 hours they come back wanting screen recordings of my game play who casually records gameplay no one there passing it on to level 2 whatever that is . I already know what's going to happen they will deny my payout saying fraud with zero evidence to back that up in the United States you accuse someone of a crime like fraud you better show evidence not just word's. Changing my review to 5 stars they came through my payout

Games have realistic goals to pass. They don’t make it impossible to win. Customer service is very helpful, and they answer on a timely manner.

Like many other reviews on here, I received the first payout fine. However, when it came to the next payout of £37.50, my account mysteriously got banned on request for ‘fraudulent activity’! After raising a support ticket they said I had completed steps in the wrong order. Not sure how you do that when playing through levels on a game anyway! Support would not provide me with any specifics on the levels skipped either. Please don’t waste any time or money playing games from this app. It’s a pure scam!

I had to email customer service and I think leaving this review may have helped my case but they reversed the decision to close my account and have since issued the 10 withdrawal.

I had a mixed experience with Playful Rewards that ended in a very frustrating way.

Over the past ~4 months, I used the platform casually, completing tasks and occasionally cashing out small amounts (around $10 at a time). Everything worked as expected during that period.

Most recently, I submitted another withdrawal which showed as “pending” and was expected within 24 hours. However, a few hours later, my account was suddenly closed for “unusual activity,” and the pending withdrawal was never received.

There was no clear explanation of what activity triggered this, and my usage pattern had not changed. From a user perspective, having a withdrawal accepted and then losing access to the account shortly after raises concerns about how reviews are handled during the payout process.

I have contacted support and requested that the pending withdrawal be honored, as it was already processed into a withdrawal state prior to the account closure.

I’m sharing this so others are aware of the potential risk when cashing out. If this issue is resolved, I will gladly update this review.

100% legitimate. $50 is your first payout target - there is nothing lower. After hitting the milestone I received my $50 reward in PayPal the next day through an email link. Props to these developers for keeping it real and not misleading people like 90%+ of the other reward apps that lie straight to your face and Google does absolutely zero about it. Excellent app and I will continue to use it to make decent side dough off of it 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

I had a bit of an issue but I contacted customer support and told them my issue. Great people they took care of my issue fast no questions asked....... There are a lot of good games hopefully they can add some more.... Thank you guys......

It was really easy and fast to cashout it takes time to earn enough to redeem but u have to stay on top of your apps u choose to it matters I'm impressed really

Im enjoying it so far! I played a game for a bit less than a week, and once completed, i got an email and a payment and cash in my account all within a day. Ill be very pleased if it continues this way and will be back to change this review to 5 stars!!

The payouts are really worth it and they really do pay! I got a $500 payout last week!

Playful rewards is a good games app. I have been playing it for a couples of years now. I loves playing games and really enjoy the app. Also I have been cashing out Amazon gift cards. Really recommend it and to enjoy it during your free time and win gift cards.

It was annoying that I had to wait until $50 for the first payout, but once I reached it I got my reward within 1-2 days. Overall a positive experience

I only got one pay ment of 20$ I earned 40$ I’m still waiting for my other dub

Since I am a dedicated user and have a pending $50 reward, I request an immediate manual review of my account activity by a human agent. Vague citations of "Fair Play Policies" without providing specific evidence of a violation is unacceptable for a loyal user who has spent significant time on your platform.

I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation to verify my identity and the legitimacy of my device. Please escalate this ticket to a supervisor if necessary. I look forward to receiving my $50 reward and having my account restored.

Customer service lack of responses or I should say they respond then stop abruptly then don’t fully answer your questions is terrible.
I deleted them and no one should have to play a game for so long then if the app loses track you’re just playing this boring game for nothing !

So it may take a little more than 3 hours to redeem but it pays soo much better than other companies and I have actually received my first cash out of 50 dollars. Honest straight to the point and I like the available games!

It's super easy to reach task milestones and cashouts usually took an hour or so to reach my PayPal accoun. There was some complications with my 2nd cashout but Playful did make sure I received my payout. Thank you very much for staying in contact with me and also making sure I received my earnings. Will definitely refer people to this app.

This app is terrible it stole my money and banned my account

They are crooks….i was paid out for every level I completed except for board 300 on coin master which is $200. The very last board required by playful rewards. I have screenshots and recordings as well as proof of PayPal rewards sent from to me…they will find any reason to not payout including lying or saying you cheated some way! Contradictory as you paid me for all the other boards I’ve completed on coin master! Claiming my emails were sent to T2 department that doesn’t exist. It’s their way of stalling to NOT PAY and block your account. There’s so many ex players that are tired of the SCAMS FIGHTING BACK

This is one of the only play to earn apps that respond to problems quickly. They have helped me to receive the money I earned, instead of telling me to bad, and sorry. It does take a while to hit the minimum cash out, but payment comes almost instantly. No having to wait a week to cash out what you earned and another two days to process. Within 24 hrs you'll have the email, which is great for those on limited income. I recommend them, be patient and it's worth the effort you put in.
