Absolute scammers, won’t reply to emails, have £120 of my money and no updates.

Really good price for a game. Well packed and with good dispatch and delivery updates.

I can only conclude this business is a con. I’ve had an expensive pre-order in for a few years, but the phone number doesn’t work, and multiple polite emails have been unanswered. Avoid if you want to keep your money.

I purchased a playmat for Architects of the West Kingdom from Play Board Games and it arrived quickly and that was great. However, the playmat's print quality is not great, and so, on the same day it arrived I sent an email to request to return the product. I had checked their returns policy and it does say that I can return an item if I am not happy with it within 14-days.

It's been 5 days now and I've not had a single reply. I've sent a few reminders... but nowt. I looked up their phone number online (as their website doesn't have one - always a warning sign) and I've tried that a few times and it immediately gets cut-off when I call. Their website says that they aim to reply to emails within 1-hour.. um... really?!

I want to give this shop the benefit of the doubt, as there could be a really good reason for them not responding to me, but I'm starting to think that they don't offer any customer support and that they want me to resort to filing a complaint with my credit card company. Sad it ends up that way.

PBG stock a diverse selection of board games, one of which I was unable to find for sale anywhere else. Although there was a slight hiccup on the initial order (I was sent the wrong game by mistake), Daren was very quick to respond when I pointed this out and put this right. I see this as being reflective of a genuine commitment to real customer service

Unfortunately had to rate the company 1 star. Have previously used them and have been good however this time have still not received goods. Emailed the company twice and although they say normally will respond around an hour I have had no response as to when my goods will even be dispatched let alone arrive. Most likely why they don’t give a telephone contact number only an email.
