Put my plate with them and forgot about it, received message, phoned spoke to Mark on the Monday, someone wanted plate, I gave my price. He called back 5 mins later to say he had received payment, I posted my retention certificate, and money was in my account by Thursday. Fabulous, quick and seamless service
