What a awful service

What a awful service. Bought a Hängstol on Saturday to pick up in store on the Monday afternoon and booked an afternoon time slot for pick up. Clearly showed stock was available and took my payment. Received order confirmation straight away. Then on the Sunday I received an e-mail saying can’t be delivered and my order was cancelled. And if paid by card I would receive a refund in 3-5 workings days. So firstly why does the system allow you to order and book a pick up time when the product is out of stock and secondly they take payment for it immediately and now I have to wait 3-5 days before Klarna will refund my money.
I even went on line again to see if it shows out of stock, but it still allows you to order and pay. This is totally unacceptable and a joke of an ordering system. Most companies either won’t allow you to order or won’t take payment until the item has been sent. I will never use these amateurs of a company again. The fact that they allow you to order knowing they don’t have stock is a joke. What makes it worse they say I can reorder again when stock comes back in? Are they going to give me the same price deal? As this was only on offer until the Sunday. Thank god Amazon is now available in Sweden.
