Planet Orange are not trustworthy
Planet Orange are not trustworthy. Despite a contract detailing the service of both buildings on property, their technicians will only 'stop by' for a total of 10 minutes and service one while as an unknowing customer, I'm paying for two. When I caught them in this, they of course, turned it right around and claimed for it to be my fault. One building is under construction, the other is lived in. Even if it is somehow unclear which building needs service the most, because the contract states both, both should be done because that's what I'm being billed for. Very disappointed, and so sorry that I have to babysit this service to ensure I'm getting what I'm paying for. So very disappointing that one of the self proclaimed best companies in the area is willing to skirt their responsibilities but want to get paid in full.
