Lisa was extremely helpful going through the booking process. She went through all the options available and made it much easier to select a package most suitable for our needs.

Gary Goodfellow from Planet Cruise - what a star, helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble for him; he answered all the silly questions, looked into all the little details as well as double-checking everything, and above all, was not pushy in selling us a cruise.

We had spoken to 3 of planet cruise members of staff and the 3 were amazing to deal with, professional, friendly and patient. I would highly recommend this company and Gary in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Very quick service and a good price

Prompt and professional action by Agent Dennis secured my Booking without any hassle. No delay in call back to confirm that all was confirmed.

The only reason for 4 stars is the difficulty getting through to anyone, on hold for considerable length.
Eventually I emailed and got a reply and phone call. Once I was talking to a rep there was no issues, my request was taken and a promise to get back to me within days, which did happen. The reps were very helpful and called back when they said they would and my booking was dealt with efficiently and I was more than happy with the service.

Dennis is the man to beat. Nothing is too much effort for him regardless of complications. He gets back to you as soon as possible. Will always use him as our agent in planet.

Booking with plant cruise was very professional . It was really helpful speaking to the agent . Was able to get answers straight away. I would recommend them. Looking forward to the cruise.

What can I say , Dennis was brilliant in all our dealings

The only downside of the company is if you phone you are told 1 in the queue
