We arrived at the venetian resort thailland May the 4th 2023 at 1530 we were met by a cleaner who let us in to the condo.
We were shown round and I told the lady she had shown us the wrong condo as this was a room with a bed and bathroom and we had paid extra for a penthouse suite she rang the office to tell the manager or owner of the company plan b rentals Thailand and her boss said no we don't have a penthouse available and stay in that room or leave we had been travelling 26 hours waiting on planes and travelling and really didn't want to be trying to fined other accommodation so we took the room thinking we can call a few days later and sort this out as we have prove of the agreement between plan b and ourselves but they now won't answer are emails or anything so please be careful when you use this company and to be honest I wouldn't use them again the attitude of the lady on the phone was treble and didn't want to listen or help in anyway so we're stuck in this room for another 24 days nightmare
