Every time that I go to the pizza hut on mercedes street, benbrook texas. They get order wrong , never have the sodas stocked ,so we end up with hot soda, employees are rude and not very professional. Will definitely, not go back to that pizza hu

I'm pissed
I just ordered the large $10 three topping pizza with the 7$ deal and my pizza hardly has any pizza sauce on it and my boneless wings are hard and they are just not good at all.

Great staff and friendly as always, served by Lisa who was helpful and nothing too much trouble . Food hot and delicious my grandkids love pizza and ice cream , always go Lakeside Doncaster

After long time I wanted give them another try, no good! Remember the movie "back to the future" whe they cook a pizza and voila 2 seconds later they were eating? it look and tasted like it was from the movie, perfectly round and just perfect looking but tasted weird, tasted fake, I ordered large pan pizza, with pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon, look like it was cook at a factory, tasted like cardboard, no flavor at all and the cheese (?) look weird but it tasted more weird! now I understand why people are not ordering from pizza hut! it's bad! never ever again, I ate 2 slices and the rest went to the trash can!

Pizza hut had me create a book it account for my children just to disappoint them 3 times trying to get their reward... for the stores to say they can't do it sad to lie to children just sad

Pizza hut in Hednesford Cannock. Food is always really good with speedy service. Server Jake was super helpful when we needed to add to our order. If Jake answers the phone, he's always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble.

It’s the worst! the most expensive pizza I’ve ever eaten everything about it was disgusting.It’s like it was made yesterday. These people are disgusting. Whoever works there. Matter of fact the whole franchise is a bunch of garbage. I’m just letting you know this because I’m a bit upset most of why I don’t want this to happen to you. Anything from them buyer beware!😒

I ordered a pizza on line and was told it would be at my address at 5:19 pm, at 5:18 pm I got a text telling me it wouldn't be delivered until 5:47 pm. I called pizza hut and the guy said my pizza was out for delivery and I told him how does it take 27 min. To go 2 miles. Then I realized he lied to me about it, because the app said my pizza was being cooked at the that time. Im highly disgusted with there service and lying ass employees, from now on it's dominoes for me. Screw pizza hut.

The marinara sauce is bitter and just plainly terrible .

I had lunch today at the Pizza Hut in Eatonton Ga and I must say the pizza was hot and fresh, the manger Darien was very polite and friendly, among taking phone orders making pizzas running the cash register etc… and he still provided fast/good and courteous service, I thank you I most definitely will be coming back soon and I will spread the word to everyone to go try out Pizza Hut under new management

I ordered from the Pizza Hut Cambridge North delivery service: two large pizzas and two cold drinks (1.5L). I received two medium pizzas and one cold drink. I tried calling several times when the delivery arrived, but unfortunately, I couldn't get through. Since my two friends and I were starving, we ate the food and decided to call later. I did call, as planned. To my surprise, when I explained what happened, the representative said there was nothing she could do because we had already eaten the pizza. When I refused to accept that, she started shouting that she wouldn't give me a refund. I said, "I understand; then send me two medium pizzas and a soda." Shouting again, she said she couldn't do that and claimed she could only review the issue if I emailed her a photo. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it. She started speaking to a colleague in a language other than English that I didn't understand. He got on the phone and gave me an email address. I sent the photos and the receipt I had received with the delivery. I received no response. I called yesterday, and the representative said the other manager wasn't there. I called today, and he wasn't there again. The same "shouting manager" told me there was nothing she could do—that I would have to absorb the loss because she wasn't going to pay for a refund. Pizza Hut's customer service is not transparent.

I placed an order with the PH in north end, Portsmouth. I have ordered from them before, and it’s always been straight forward. Tonight we had something of a comedy of errors, all in good spirit! I have to credit Vicky and her team who gave above and beyond service, and really showed appreciation for their customers, it’s genuinely lovely to see; and incredibly kind of them.

Im being asked for a tip at online order for pick up and at pick up window again. So if I dont tip at online then they ask me to tip again at window are they spitting in my food? I thought about the interaction at the pick up window and decided to throw out my order due to possible deliberate tampering. If the kids that work there think that they should get a tip just to take the order and hand it to me then I suspect they will spit in it. Why does everyone have to beg for money? Is this the new professional way? I've decided my family will never eat pizza hut again! Nore will we eat at a restaurant who will ask for a tip. A tip is for saying thank you for the extra efforts.

I go to the one on Fayetteville road in Van Buren, AR. The employees there are awesome. Always quick and very thoughtful. It’s right on my way to work. I would honestly go out of my way to go there.

Horrible customer service. Pizza was not cooked how I asked it to be cooked which was well done.. so I have to come home and cook my own pizza. Extra pepperonis - non-existent. The little redheaded girl behind the counter obviously needs a calculator and attitude adjustment. Her attitude and I quote" sorry it's been a long day okay " and no offense little child it ain't no longer a day for you than it is for anybody else.. this is the second time I've been back to Cambridge Maryland Pizza Hut since they opened and I promise you I will never come back. And I will let everybody know about my second experience at Pizza Hut Cambridge Maryland location. I will not be back. There are too many other pizza places in Cambridge with better pizza and service

The Blue light & student discounts says 50% off but ONLY on à la carte so Pizza Hut thinks they are smart by putting pizza prices up for £19.99 so 50% would work out £9.99 but they already have that as a deal on their offer menu so TECHNICALLY its ZERO discount this is where I will call them out as Scammers they may have not bother putting it as a discount on for NHS or Students cz it’s pointless anyway! I wonder how many other people has notice this Your NOT getting any discount!! They need to fix up!

I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed. Complete waste of money. No sauce on either pizza. The topping was tasty but that was all it was cheese and meat topping. Mine was supposed to be BBQ sauce base and my partner was supposed to have tomato sauce base. We just paid the best part of 40 quid for two pizzas. How do you forget to put sauce on the base? It was basically a large cheese on toast.
