I ordered two canvas print from Pixum, one wasn't stretched well
I ordered two canvas print from Pixum. One of them was poorly stretched on the frame, you could see one corner was hanging. Customer service (Søren) promised to have it replaced with a new one. This was on April 13th. To this date I haven't seen anything. I followed up three more times but had no response from Pixum. Way to start high and finish low.

It's ok, but ...
The web is ok. The service is ok. But I wish there was a possibility to preview an order before having it printed/developed so I can see how it would look like. I ordered 2 ordinary prints of photos with white frame around the corners. As a result, part of the photo subject was cut. I could have them printed without white frames around. Or have I missed this function when i placed my order?

On our Foto site You can see our developped pictures, without or with white borders in the mail graphics at the top of the screen.
After You uploaded the picture files, you can chose as well as format also without borders(standard) or with borders(optional) before transfering the files too the cart

Pay twice as much if you will, and get an extra bad shipping - use the .com website if you can.
I will only place here an example:
Pixum.com 13cm photo = 0,25 €
Pixum.dk 13cm photo = 4 DKK (current rates = 0,54€)
So more than twice the price for using the Danish website which is exactly the same as .com - are these separate companies?
Other interesting thing, is, this Christmas they had "free shipping" - on the .com website, I could send pictures to Portugal for free (and also for: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Vatican, so most Europe by the way) but on the .dk site, even with a free shipping voucher, was asked to chose 59 Kr for private address delivery, 39 kr for company address delivery, and there was an option for pakkeboks as well, for 49 kr. through PostNord - sorry this company right now is really struggling - see their review here on Truspilot, a huge percentage of their parcels and post is simply lost / undelevered, etc.

I de forskellige lande tilpasser vi vores priser ud fra forholdene i det enkelte land. Der er til dels store forskelle i skatter og afgifter mellem landene, men også de forskellige prisniveauer landene imellem gør at det kommer til prisforskelle. Derfor kan du ikke bare sammenligne prisniveauet i Portugal med det i Danmark.
Har du en rabatkode, som giver dig fri fragt, så er du alligevel nød til at vælge den leveringsmåde som du vil have.
Ønsker du at få pakken leveret til din arbejdsplads, til posthuset/pakkeboksen eller hjem til dig selv. Ellers har vi ikke mulighed for at sende pakken eller pakkerne korrekt. Rabatten for fragten vil alligevel blive trukket fra i din bestilling uanset det valg d træffer.
Din sidste påstand er dog helt forkert. Efter at vi sidste år gik over fra brevforsendelser ved mindre forsendelser til udelukkende at sende med pakkepost, er der ikke nær så mange forsendelser som går tabt, idet vi nu har mulighed for at spore pakkerne. tildligere ved brevforsendelserne skete ofte det, at de forsvandt undervejs. Dette problem er ve heldigvis kommet til livs.
