I ordered an iPhone 6S Plus from Pixmania, after I payed with a Credit Card it said there was an error and said the purchase wasn't complete and to try a few minutes later, I tried again thinking it was a simple bug or error at the moment but still nothing. After 30 minutes I tried again but still nothing. Then I checked my Credit Card and they took the money the 3 times.

I made a purchase from their website & after 3 months of complaining & endless excuses from Pixmania they cancelled my order . they had £500 from me which they sat on for 3 months then returned it ..how many £500's do they get from this scam every week ..avoid this company like the plague

"bought" Sony phone. it didn't arrive . Phoned and emailed several times but unhelpful staff. had to spend £150 sourcing it from elsewhere . I left a negative review on their website and they wouldn't 't let it be published because it didn't meet their guidelines . I eventually got a refund which took over a month. Very poorly run company.
Uodate- a day after I post this, they quickly ask for my order number 😂😂😂😂 so much quicker than their service to the customer! 😂😂😂😂. I've also seen on other reviews that they claim to have been taken over....but from the recent reviews on here, that doesn't appear to matter.... It's still shocking!

I bought a PC memory
I bought a PC memory. It was supposed to arrive in 7 days. One month later, no product. I canceled the order and asked for my money. 6 month later no money. I receive time to time some messages, saying that in short the money will come to my account or that they are trying to contact the department. The new messages are not related, do not follow the process, are just convenient lies, trying to calm me down so I may renounce the claim. They even close down the request I did on the site, its classified "Solved". They actually never produced the tracking number for the package. The answer was simply: We don´t know what happen. Fraud, scam, theft is what Pixmania stands for.
Like many others I've made the mistake of trusting Pixmania's online store. I placed an order early December 2017 and, more than three months later, I have no product and no money returned. Any attempts at contacting their sorry excuse for customer support have been in vain: they are incapable of presenting concrete answers and solutions.
To put it simply, they took my money and ran away. But I won't go down that easily. Consumers aren't toothless anymore, I recommend anyone within the EU who might be in the same situation to contact your local European Consumer Centre and claim that you have been a victim of fraud.
There are mechanisms in place to protect the EU consumer. Use them! And if nothing comes of that, do not hesitate to go to the courts, they are there to serve you! Pixmania is not above the law!

We are a Merchant on Pixmania. We are owed over 61,000 euros. A lot of the debt goes back one year. We have stopped delivering orders and cancelled the orders. However Pixmania are not refunding the customers. Are you in financial trouble? You are being very dishonest.
Customer Service contact with PIXMANIA
Having purchased a printer in March 2015 and purchasing Extended Warranty, the Canon Printer has stopped working and after speaking with Canon as extended warranty was purchased through Pixmania, I must use them. Their emails bounce back undelivered. The phone number which answers, normally after 5 minutes minimum, gives me various females none of which speak English and therefore hang up you. I am no longer able to sign onto the website although my details have changed. My customer number is: 71998781.
Beware if you plan to use this company.

This company make returns very difficult and also charge a "restocking fee" if you send anything back. They are also very expensive.
I made my first ever purchase from them for £201 for a SatNav. Then the SatNav was faulty but they made a huge fuss about the return and wanted me to pay fees and postage to send it back. That was also my last ever purchase from this company!

Not even with a barge pole
Waited 8 weeks for a printer, could not get a reply just an automated response bouncing me between them and another company that was supplying the goods, only way to contact therm is via facebook, I cancelled my order and am now waiting for my money back and getting the same run around. Should have looked at trust pilot prior to ordering.

Obviously, I've never received any kind of answers. I'm left with a nice little branded brick. Basically, they don't care about you, they don't send you an incoive, they don't allow you to contact them for repair. It's now a nice little company that you want to avoid. One of the worst company to buy product from.
Its been 4 months i had an issue with my TV and reported it to their support. I am a UK customer but the TV had to be sent to their repair center in France. Received the TV after 3 weeks with the issue still there. Been in contact with their support to get the TV fixed and all I get is "someone will get in touch with me as soon as possible" and its been more than 3 months and no one has bothered to provide me an update. Calling the number costs 7ppm and no one is there to answer your calls.
Every time you call you get the same response that its been escalated and someone will get in touch with you.

To summaryse the refund is subject to the delivery of the equipment to Pixmania, so I can wait for years, my order was dated 25th of July...

A company that won't refund you even though they promised they would!
I purchased a television from pixmania with a 24 month warranty. The tv broke after 19 months and pixmania had it collected. They admitted it was faulty and promised me a refund back in October 2016. Still now I have no refund. No tv. And a £187 phone bill all to Pixmania.
I would personally avoid at all costs. It seems that they have a reputation of stealing from customers and not delivering what they promise.
10 months on and over 100 emails I'm still not close to getting my refund. I have sent them my bank details 5 times and everytime they have "lost or misplaced them"
Really bad customer service please don't fall into the same trap that I have and others!

Fake hope
The company continue to send robotic (and generic) answers that they will help and keep in touch. But nothing happens. Even stating that "an answer has been given on facebook". Though no answers are ever to be found?
I have been battling with the company since May. When my phone broke (minor problem) i gladly sent it back (there was no problem in collecting the item funny enough) DHL even knocked on my door!
Once the phone was collected all of the problems started. I even recieved a mail from the manufacture showing the stages (dates) in which the phone was sent back to the company Pixmania.
...and I haven't seen my phone since.
If anyone wants to see the e-mail conversation with the company i'll be gladly to send it to them.
and if Pixmania ask once again... here is my order number CCL1507174872. I'm pretty sure an answer that says "send us your order number" will ampere here bellow. Just to prove that they are Robots.
