You should stay away from them. They make you sign their creator user agreement. It is a nuclear disaster. If they sue you over a billing dispute the agreement provides that you pay their legal fees even if you win. You will void your copyright under the agreement even iif they are unsuccessful . If they breach your contract with them you aren't entitled to damages. And if you are in litigation with someone else and they get subpoenaed you will pay their legal fees for complying with the subpoena. There are other problems with the agreement and it's non-negotiable. Stay away.

i ordered a product from this company and they estimate a 7 to 10 days for delivery. i took it that it doesn't include weekends, the items didnt turn up and i rang them, they were so nice, gave me postage back and reordered the items for me. but they didnt turn up in the delivery days and on the tracking number it said it was damaged and sent back to them. i tried to call them again and there was no answer, just in a queue. i sent them a email regarding my order and still nothing. i wanted to call them again and oh they have gone into administration with nothing to show for it and they have my money too.
that will teach me not to order from trusted sites and listen to reviews

Paid for two items 'Snuggle uppets' for our children's birthday presents which was sent with free delivery, they arrived OK... BUT... Today I had to sign for a delivery in an envelope, on opening it there was a booklet for 'Pitch Moneysavers Club' and a letter with a membership card attached. It said I had a 30 day trial which would last 12 months and that after 30 days £99.99 would be debited from the card details I gave when ordering the Snuggle Uppets, also they were charging me £2.99 for postage and packing of the booklet they sent.

If you order from these people you will pay!!!!

According to Pitch World we live in "Non UK Mainland", despite the fact we live in the middle of Scotland, only 20 miles north of Stirling. Pitch World want to charge us an additional £9.99 for them to send us an item that only costs £9.99 and weighs as light as a feather. Just an excuse to 'rip off' the Scots. No-one in Scotland should buy from this company.

I purchased several items from Pitch World two weeks ago, and found their sales and administration people to be most helpful, exceptionally polite and courteous, and was invited to contact them again if there was anything more they could do for me. My encounter was so refreshing these days in a world of maximising profits and keen competition. Their products are innovative, excellent value, and work just as they are designed to do. Thank you Pitch World. Oh, I forgot to mention, to telephone them from Ireland didn’t cost me a penny- it was completely free! Well done Pitch. I am certainly a satisfied customer, and will be back soon.

I was pleased to find that after watching a TV commcerical for a new piece of kitchen equipment that Pitch.TV could deliver to my home location in Europe. Not only was the product fairly priced, but the postage to Europe was much more competative than other on line stores. The delivery was fast, quality of the product excellent. End to end this was a great shopping experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend to people in the UK and to people now living out here on mainland Europe. For sure, I will be shopping again. Thank you for this, at a time when Customer Service does seem to suffer in light of competative prices, I am please do say that this is not the case for pitch.
