I will never buy anything from them

I order 11/09/2022 and I never take my order - Daiwa reel. I refund and I never take my money back.
They stole 136 euros from me.
I strongly advise against ordering or buying anything in the PISCOR store.
I will never buy anything from them again and I advise you not to buy anything.

our administration informs us that the refund will start on 8/5/2023.

If the payment was made by paypal, the crediting will take place on the day, in case of credit card payment it will take place within 4/5 working days depending on your credit institution.

We apologize if the date is not imminent, but we are having delays on some procedures because we are in a phase of corporate transformation.

8 months waiting for payed items or refund

12.11.2022 - I am ordering certain items from the Piscor Srl range in the value of 143.22 euros, postage included.
Payment was made via paypal.
The order was received by Piscor Srl, registered under number 2153130231.
The order, from the day of the order until today, is kept as "in process".
The goods have not been delivered.
24.01.2023 – I send the first email to the Piscor Srl customer service with an inquiry about the status of my order.
25.01.2023 – the first answer from Piscor. They promise delivery around February 10, 2023.
1.05.2023 – I send another email to Piscor Srl customer service.
2.05.2023 – second answer from Piscor. Delivery is promised around 15.05.2023.
27.05.2023 – I send a third email to Piscor and ask for a refund. No replies.
12.07.2023 - complaint to Ecc was made.

After complaining about my order delay since the products were available, I was informed that due to some company reorganization problems my order would be sent at the end of April. Moreover they asked me to pay 30€ more for custom fees!!! Something that has no sense between EU COUNTRIES
Sadly my order came yesterday by FedEx but the package had some things that had nothing to do with my order!!! I ordered two reels and they sent me three fish minnows!!!!
They are not trustworth
I paid 382€ and still have nothing from what I had ordered!!!
I hope to take my money back somehow

do not recommend, not a solid company.
I ordered goods marked as in stock in the summer of 2022 and paid. They were not able to complete the order until December. We agreed on a cancellation and a refund, which I have not yet received.

Do not recommend until restructuring completed

Order #2153140948 from 16Feb2023 did not arrive for 2 months, no tracking information provided. Several follow up messages from my side resulted in different expected delivery dates that were not met. Obviously Piscor is experiencing significant delays due to company restructuring. After initial review in Trustpilot, they proposed to send other goods instead of a refund that was requested.

Order n.2153132519 of 11/28/2022 - since that just promises. I decided to cancelled my order a want my money back, after several emails I was informed, that my refund file will be closed on 28/03/2023. Still no money on my bank account.

In the past, I did several orders - everything were fine. I dont understand why its still possible to make orders if they know they cant fulfill their obligations. Just plain stealing!

Someone from Italy who could file a class action? Time to share our stories with POLICE.

EDIT: To 14.4.23 i finally get my money back.

Money payed, order not shipped out, silly excuses

Order placed end of january 2023. Order n.2153139349
Beforehand shop and delivery time were perfect
THIS TIME....
Via e mail already some 4times have appologized for delays, also offered some discounts for next purchases
Can't provide me with tracking nr, so I suggest they are not planning to send me anything, And what suprises me, don't even offer to pay back money and case closed.
Waiting for some info from them already 3days to latest e mail.
DON"T SUGGEST to anybody this shop for such brutal customer service for loyal customers.
Still their spam for extra discounts appears in my mail every day.
Anybody knows, the company is still operating???

No delivery, no reply.

Made an order in September last year (#2153123145) from Germany. Never received it. Contact phone number never answered. Mails never answered. This seems to be a fake. Guess I need to take legal measures to try and get my money back.

Very poor service

Order number 2153136265. I ordered some bait in December 2022, chased order and told I'd get it between 14th and 18th January. No order received. I chased again and got told I would receive by 10th Feb. Still no delivery as of 19th February. Sent one final chase up email and will then be requesting money back. Very poor service.

UPDATE: Recieved an updated email now saying your order is ready to send (yesterday it wasn't), once I pay €50 customs payment!!! Total joke of a company.

The worst service i have ever experienced.

Today 30/01/2023 didn't received the product and didn't get a refund, still nothing after many mails with the support.

They contacted me after my trustpilot review, asked the order number, etc. Another week passed, still nothing.

They didn't refunded my money after many moths and emails. Luckily the Mastercard charged back when i contacted them.
Beware of this fraud company.......

The trust (and money?) has been unfortunately lost..

It WAS an excellent shop. Many orders from there. For 4-5 months, no goods, no order, no refund after many contacts through FB. Very disappointed.. I am really trying hard to calm down and not get legal on this with other disappointed customers.. THE TRUST (AND MONEY?) HAS BEEN UNFORTUNATELY LOST..

Such a waste of respect

Although this store has been my number 1 shop for years, the last few months confirm that something bad is clearly happening in this company. Even though my order was paid for, I still haven't received my goods, not even after almost 4 months. It's not about the money, it is about the loss of trust that they will hardly ever regain. It's a shame, a real shame..

DISAPOINTMENT

I made my original order 25 of Aug 2022, Evry time I inquired about the delay in delivery Piscor responded that it was due to internal change that they were making. Finally, Nov 2nd I was told that they did not have part of my order and I was given the choice to change the order or cancel. I cancelled.
On Nov 8th I was told my money would be refund in 4-5 days. On the 16th I informed Piscor that I did not receive credit. On the 17th I was told that the money was refunded but it was not.
Since then, I've been e-mailing Piscor, informing them that the money has not been refunded, but I have not gotten any response at all.
I don't want to believe that I've been ripped off, but at the moment that's what it looks like.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

The money has been refunded, but not until PayPal got involved. Piscor did not respond to any of my e-mails since the 17th of Nov. Not even when I was refunded the money they owed me.
All I can say is thank PayPal!

I don't understand, why Piscor continues to take our orders if they are trying to sort internal problems. Why don't they sort out the problems they are having and then start taking our orders?

I was very happy with Piscor in the past, but this new trend of not responding to e-mails and having to go to PayPal to get a refund is just unprofessional.

don't buy from them

I ordered 4 fishing rod on 08.07.2022. They sent nothing and a so named "Marta" gave me always a different delivery time in e-email. After 4 mounth Marta said they could send me only 3 fishing rod and she promised refund. I asked to cancel my order and refund all of my money. Marta promised they will refund my money in 1 week . I will be very curious if they will return my money.
