No book and no money

On 20th of September, I ordered a children book via this website. The payment is possible only by wire to a company in Slovakia. First, there was a delay in shipment due to "technical issues". Then the package was sent to a wrong address so the delivery services sent it back to Slovakia. After numerous e-mails and unsuccessful phone calls, I still have neither a book nor my money. Either they are very disorganized or this is a fraud (children book seem to be a strange fraud subject though...)
