Will cost you minimum £30 a day whether you get any business from these leads or not. When you call the leads they send you, these people tend to be annoyed because their phone and email has been spammed by the other 6 people who recieved the same lead. Would recommend other forms of advertisement rather than Pinlocal and services of the like

Been using Pinlocal for over 70% of our work for the last 7 years. They are friendly and helpful. Can increase and decrease the leads as required. Staff are always helpful and considerate

I am extremely disappointed with Pinlocal’s service. As someone new to the removals industry, I joined the platform trusting it to provide fair opportunities. Unfortunately, the leads provided were not genuine or actionable, and the charges applied are unjustifiable. Despite my best efforts, no meaningful work resulted from their so-called services. I feel abused and deceived, especially considering I have a family to support. Their platform left my account in negative balance and failed to deliver any value. Avoid this service if you are a small business looking to grow. Their practices are unethical and predatory.

Straightforward service in generating leads, we get a lot of work via Pin Local. It is the most expensive leads provider though.
Fast responses from team members when required.

Its a brilliant site that picks up new business for us without any effort we use this is as an add on tool bringing in inquiries 24/7

If you have money to waste this is the company for you, they trying to take money from my bank without my say so they will try to rob you..

We use Pinlocal with a number of our clients and the lead quality is fantastic. Where someone doesn't get conversions it simply means you are not contacting them quick enough. The quality in itself is great!

Low quality leads. We have spent a lot of money buying leads from Pinlocal, and ZERO jobs. (It’s recycled leads)

PinLocal have been fantastic to work for. A shaky start but the leads started to pile in after a few weeks and now we get regular leads and conversions every month! The whole team are responsive and easy to work with :)

This company make me buy a leads and send me customer details, We contacted customer through email and phone call they never replied now they are asking me to pay for the leads which I haven’t benefited from please stay away from them it is a scam

This company is a total waste of your money. We were called by this team which is called either pin local or removals index... They said they would provide leads... Which they do not!
They send through a 'lead' which the customer did not fill in a inquiry form and is obviously annoyed at us as they have had loads of other removals companies calling them. Which is totally understandable that's it's frustrating.
They send leads with the number does not pick up or respond the your texts and emails.
When addressing this to PIN LOCAL they will not refund the lead.
You spend so much time chasing these fake leads it's crazy. They are very unprofessional when you explain this, all they say is if the number is not invalid we can't do nothing!!
I spent nearly a thousand pounds on this company. With only two jobs which were actual legit leads, even those ones I had to discount down as to feel I had to get something back from all the money and especially time wasted.
We advertise with trust a trader, yell.com, gumtree... All bring in a good return and great customer service!!!
I also use Bark they are the same type of lead generating platform, but they always bring in a great return with repeating customers.
Do not even trial this company, they say they are there if you need them, they are total lying money grabbers.
I believe the reviews for this company are fake, I would like to see if where they have there reviews are probably just a paid fake review company!!!!
Do not touch this company with a the longest stick you can find!

This company is a scam company they take money from your bank even though my business has shut down it has gone to fraud quad now don't youse this company government should shut down company's like them avoid at all cost
