The products I ordered were fine. I knew what I wanted. For the first time I opted for surprise product. I paid 6 euros to get something and that seemed cool like a little surprise "gift" for myself. I was unpleasantly surprised to get a face cream that contains substance that is banned from EU. And I live in the EU.
I reached to Customer service. Didn't get a reply.

i emailed Pink Panda A FEW times because they forgot a product in my package and they never replied to any of the emails. Terrible service.

Amazing servise and delivery. Only reason its a 4 not 5 is because the secret product i got is something that i would never buy . And since i am a repeat customer i would think the secret product should be something similar so i can actually use it. But tanning cream is useless for me

I’ve been waiting for an order for over two months now. After contacting the company's support staff, they claimed the package was with the carrier. However, when I reached out to the carrier, they confirmed they never received the package. The package is now lost, and the company has refused to issue a refund until it is 'found.' They also haven’t offered to resend the items. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue like this with them. I’m extremely disappointed, especially given the significant order amount and the fact that it was supposed to arrive well before Christmas 2024.

Everything was great, except the delivery time.

I ordered some makeup on 26th December and it arrived prefectily packed in 2 days! I expected to wait for at least 4-5 days, but it arrived super fast. Will order again.

Orders always come on time, often even before the ETA. So far, no broken items on arrival, so the packaging is excellent.

Besides the excellent shipping quality, the shopping quality is also excellent. Always some new discounts, even on newly released products, and everything is sealed and original.
Also, a very wide variety of brands to choose from and many different kinds of products, not just makeup (intimate wellness, haircare, skincare, perfumes).
You can find affordable brands (Ziaja, Lovely, Essence, Elseve/Elvive... etc), as well as more expensive brands (Bourjois, NYX, Matrix, Tom Tailor... etc).
Plus, some brands that are exclusive to Pink Panda, such as Butters.

Also, cares about the customer as there are plentiful secret coupons and mystery bags!

Orders always come on time, very fast. There are some products that i can not find anywhere in the stores so it is great that i can find them here. with every purchase i had great experience, and no problems at all. Highly recommend.

lots of products to choose from, lots of deals and discounts. always nicely packaged. the only minus is that they have a minimum order value policy.

I'm satisfied with the products and prices in general but mystery boxes used to contain more expensive and products not produced in PRC. Also, I've waited for SEVEN days for my parcel to be delivered due to the awful Croatian post office service.
