The overall experience is really good
The overall experience is really good, staff are happy to help and Billy Ward is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So far the process has been smooth enough, let's just hope the delivery of the vehicle is as smooth as the ordering.
The only element I found strange is the Admin payment option. There is no secure payment link and they are not able to make a payment over the phone so if you are doing this from a certain style of account you are not able to make a payment. You effectively have to bank transfer them from a Debit Account as you are unable to make a payment transaction from a Credit Account.

Brilliant experience
Bradley was very good, no pressure from him when I took my time deciding whether to go ahead, gave me time to look around for other deals, was excellent when I decided to go with Pink car leasing for my new car, Bradley took me through all my options, made sure I had all the extras I wanted if they were available. I would highly recommend Pink Car Leasing to all my friends.

First time leasing
I’ve never leased before but this was a really simple and efficient process from start to finish. The company was happy to answer all my questions and their response time was very quick. The car arrived quickly and I’m very happy with it. I would absolutely use the company again.

Fantastic Leasing Company.
I was looking for a replacement lease car as my current one was about to end.
Availability and value for money were important factors. I saw Pink Car Leasing advertised on Facebook along with many other leasing companies. Their advert is eye catching so I had a look.
From the initial look through to speaking to Bradley and the team I have been very impressed with the service, professionalism and helpful support provided.
Currently I am awaiting the arrival of my chosen car. The time taken to get to this point has been remarkably fast.
If I receive the car on the scheduled date and it arrives on a trailer which I specifically requested then I will have no hesitation in recommending Pink Car Leasing to everyone and giving them a 100% rating.
If I am able to further review when I have the car then I will do so.

I originally tried to get a special offer but unfortunately it ran out of availabilty. which was disappointing. After a short Time Bradley contacted me and said he had found the same car I wanted for a good price which I accepted. Good service

Just spot on
I have leased before and saw the advertisement for Pink. Initially made contact with Billy and he stayed with me during the process. Communication could not be faulted, the whole process was efficient and professional. I am waiting for my car to arrive in 2 weeks. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to get in contact with your sales advisor. At the time of your last email, they were on annual leave. When a member of our team is away, an automated response is in place to inform customers and direct them to alternative contact points within the business so support remains available. As we did not receive any further communication during this period, we were unfortunately unable to assist at that time.
Once your advisor returned, they contacted you regarding your request for images of the vehicle. As a broker, we do not hold physical stock on site and instead work with dealerships across the UK to supply vehicles. Because of this, we are not always able to provide photos of the exact car, so they directed to the Peugeot configurator to help visualise the specification. Your vehicle is currently in stock and scheduled for delivery once the mandatory cooling-off period — a requirement set by the finance provider and outside of our control — has been completed.
Regarding the £199 fee, this is an administration fee and is non-refundable, as outlined in the finance documents you signed at the time of placing your order. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and arranging your order.
