Item missing and still waiting for them…

Item missing and still waiting for them to reply to my emails.
Won’t be buying direct from them again

Had to get PayPal involved to get the money back for return item. However no refund for item that was missing from original parcel. Shameful!!!

Great Experience

I took a Musical Theatre dance class, great experience and friendly staff. I am no dancer but the teacher was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I loved the overall vibe in the building. Definitely coming back :)

Shame order cancelation service

Wife did an order and changed her mind straight informed company to cancel an order after some time they answer - unfortunately not possible to cancel it, but after another 6 hours send an notification item they sent, so question from me what a feedback you want want to receive with such of your behavior.

We’ve just had the most awful…

We’ve just had the most awful experience at Pineapple that has reduced myself and children to tears. The class we booked was so full there wasn’t a multimeter of free space for us to take part but when I asked if we could swap classes to one that wasn’t full I was told there was a 2 hour cancellation policy!!! I didn’t want to cancel I just wanted a class that I had space to move in. Dancing like a penguin was not our hope. So disappointed as the dance community is normally so inclusive and helpful.

Great customer service and lovely tracksuit…

Great customer service and received my product within a couple of days.

I did not have any issues and I would highly recommend to buy from the merchant.

I had received 25% of my first order.

I purchased the velour grey tracksuit. Lovely quality and looks great on.

On the face of my experience to date, they appear to have stolen my money

ordered items on the 28th of April with no further contact after my order confirmation. I followed up on May 16th to be told on May 18th that there was an issue with posting to my address (but it seems there was no issue with processing my order and taking my money) and I was asked if I wanted to supply an alternate address or recieve a refund. I asked for a refund 8 days ago and have yet to recieve any acknoweldgement of my mail let alone my refund. I accept that things are harder to manage right now, but other companies are managing to operate. Their customer service is appalling and I have to assume that had i not followed up with them the would have just kept my money.

Order did not arrive

Order did not arrive, only received a refund after 2 months of waiting for my items. They would be in touch to resolve this matter, have not been after several attempts of communicating with them. The refund does not cover all my costs as I had it send overseas. Very disappointed in their service.

Good! Order 1395-8948-7440-1850

I have used this site a few times now for gifts for my wife. No problems with product quality or speed of delivery but postage to Spain cost a quarter of order total, which seems quite high for such a light parcel and this is the sole reason that I did not give this company 5 stars. If the postage costs were reviewed then I would not hesitate to order from here on a more regular basis.
