I have used them for years and they were always spot on. But now I send my money and don’t revive my tracking code or goods. i have tried continuously WhatsApping them and countless emails and phoning them, they never respond. The fact that they were so reliable before. I had placed an order and it arrived the next day but the other order I made the day before has never appeared. I don’t know if the company has new management and they don’t seem to bother. I’m now seriously fed up with them having been scammed.

Non delivery after payment. Asked me for ID and after supplying them with ID, there was no reply and no delivery.

We were happy clients of Pilldoctor but over the past month, when we try to open their website on our browsers, we get the message "Sorry, you have been blocked". Emails to their "help" address get returned saying that Pilldoctor's inbox is full. Calls to their number go unanswered. We can't find out what is going on.

I would definitely use the pill doctor again had no trouble whatsoever the consultation was quick not too many questions and delivery on time , not too expensive either compared too alot of site's.

After few orders over the years, I've found them really bad at communicating, no tracking number, no updates. Generally quite late deliveries... it's a shame really, really easy to fix stuff.

Not even an email when you order through them.

Everything was going fine, I ordered my medication, they promised delivery. However, when the delivery was due the Royal Mail refused it as the address was wrong by the sender I.e. them.

I chased up with them to get things sorted, they attempted to blame me saying i rejected the package which was simplynot true, and asked me to pay for delivery again.

When I showed a screenshot of the Royal mail tracking proving the sender error, they again did not offer to resend correctly they told me the only way to resolve this was to pay again or get a refund.

Given the horrendous service to that point I opted for a refund. 2 weeks later they have not honoured any promise.

I have no refund and no product.

They do not care and are acting in a fraudulent manner. The money they have kept from me has stopped me buying an alternative.

Please, please to any potential future customers- AVOID!!!!

After emailing the pill doctor and asking loads of questions I was reassured that the bad comments left here were a one off… and the tablets arrived within 3 days thanks 😁

I’ve ordered once now and have just put in for a reorder. I have to say my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The processing of the order concerned me because before this one I’d ordered from a different online provider who took two weeks to “process”, then cancelled my order and took another three to refund me. Pilldoctor had my order fulfilled and delivered within a week, updates throughout this process were very helpful and kept my mind at ease as the medication I’m ordering is quite expensive. Much appreciated!

I have been ordering from pill doctor for about 6 months now and i’ve always received a good service. Good communication when an order is placed and timely delivery.
I had one issue once where the tracking info didn’t work and it was resolved the same day. The service team are great, very responsive and overall i have received an efficient service too. My orders will continue!

They were very responsive over email and my prescription turned up in a couple of days. Will use the pill doctor again.

AVOID!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My shipment was on hold with DHL for almost a week, I asked Pilldoctor for help,
Firstly they told me my order was never sent as it wasn’t in stock (they were talking about a completely different product!) I had to send them my order receipt to confirm what I actually ordered. Then they just ignored this mistake they made - incompetant!
Then they said it was indeed on hold with DHL and it would be delivered the next day
Order never arrived, it was still on hold.
I contacted them again, they ignored several emails before they responded and asked me to contact DHL (this is not my problem – the cant manage their delivery systems). Citizens advice says that ‘If the seller used a courier, they should chase the courier to find out what’s happened to your order - it’s not your responsibility.’
I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to not refund the delivery costs because I cancelled while out for delivery – I cancelled because of the incompetency of the customer service and the lack of help received. I paid for express delivery and over a week later it hasn’t arrived.
Now they are not even responding to my emails regarding my refund.
I also asked how I can make a complaint at least 4 times and again was ignored.
I have reported them to the Trading Standards as this is a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Easy to order and medicine came quickly, great job dokternow.

Always prompt delivery after careful checking of the order - faster and more convenient than the local Pharmacy.

Once a consultation had taken place, it was so easy to order repeats. Quick delivery. Prices very competitive.
Excellent service all round.
