Not my Buddy!
Lets get this right, frames ordered arrived in good time, quality of frames was good, however (and this was my fault) the frame was the wrong size. I emailed company to ask what I needed to do, 10 days later still no reply. Phoned and spoke to a 'gentle'man to try and explain my predicament, mostly to ask if there was a standard size I should have ordered and how to return. The not so 'gentle'man proceeded with a "it's your fault" response, my fault he hadn't received the email, implying that one wasn't sent! My fault the size was incorrect (agree) and "what did I want, we are busy" Rude, curt and unhelpful. The product may be fine, the customer service unfortunately is dire! I ended the call without resolution, appalled at his manner and will take my business elsewhere.

Just had a large photograph framed by Picture Frame Buddy - really wonderful!! The copy of the photo was excellent quality, the silver frame and glass really make the entire piece look fabulous- love it! Thank you so much, I could not be more pleased.

Helpful and very accommodating.
